@@prplghst5141 They probably will bring him back when they need to track Ripley again and we need to see him with the Claw in his Night Gown and hat with the fluffy ball
Fun fact: In Critical Role lore, Victor is not only a black powder merchant, he’s the fucking inventor of it Originally, he created it simply for mining purposes But he became overjoyed after he learned the new purpose Percy has given his creation
Well, it's less that he invented Black Powder himself; Percy had to get it from _somewhere_ before meeting Victor. But Victor accumulated it himself, knowing it had to be useful for _something._ His declaration to that effect suggests he created it not actually knowing what it could be used for. He started experimenting with the stuff, resulting in damage to his house and gradually losing fingers in the process.

Gern Blanston was unlikely to show up - after Chris Hardwick's fall from grace, as it were, Gern became the first guest player character to be confirmed killed off-screen. As far as I know, this was never mentioned in the show, and was confirmed by Matt over Twitter.

it's like the cabbage salesman and king bumi are possessing the body of a pyromaniac
omg, this must be the most accurate description of the feeling this guy gives off
Just wait until you see what the man is like in the campaign
King Boomy if you will
@@FrostiTruthI both hate and love you

Victor:”I’VE LEARNED FROM MY MISTAKE”. Best quote ever.
But did he? Or will he loose two more fingers
he could learn three more times.
"Victors ballsack"
PLEASE TELL ME that Percy's "doing well, I hope?" made it into the show? That was hilarious when it happened 😊
Fun fact: the number of fingers on that hand alone will decrease as time goes on
So will the number of hands
Kinda wish they'd done the full scene for the series, the original one was gold, this was far too short.
Maybe theyll recycle it for later season
i think they only gave him th one scene to make the fans happy but for the most part theyre trying to only show things important to the storyline

As long as we get Victor’s Last Stand…
@@fatesrequiem That's what I want. We only got it kinda "off screen" before. I want to see his "F You" moment.
I love that there's a hogs head on the wall a reference to when Percy bought "a hogs head of powder"
Victor should have had much more of his lore/screentime, hes one of the most iconic npcs of CR.
Fun fact: In Critical Role lore, Victor is not only a black powder merchant, he’s the fucking inventor of it

Dynamite was invented for mining purposes
When and where was this said in the campaign?

Also head cannon theory, Victor is also percy from the future, crazed and desperate to teach the past percy to learn from his mistakes.
Now we have to see Pumat in the mighty nein show.
As much as I want Matt to voice him, he’s already said he wants Seth Rosen to do the voice of Pilar which I am entirely on board for.

did... did Percy even take any black powder? i never saw him grab any.
Victor remembers of King Bumi from Avatar the Last Airbender.
We didnt get gern blanston, but we got victor. So far so good.

He made it in!
Funniest part is we'll probably see him again once we get season 3

It's canon that he perished in the final battle, episode 115. But he took out an entire block and many evil doers with him.
No hog's head?
It's on the wall
because Victor learns from his mistakes(or not)
Did he even get his blackpowder
this is like victor-lite
Why does he remind of Robert freeman or stinkmeaner from the boondocks? 😂😂😂
So that's bad for Vox Machina right?
Yup. It means Dr Ripley is still out there, and using Percy’s technology
Edited because I confused Dr Ripley with Delilah, sorry!
Delilah is dead, Dr isn't.
