Man, you do nice work. Never “appear” to be rushed and very well put together videos. I’m sure there is some chaos behind the scenes!! Maybe a few bloopers at the end!!
I had Hooker Areo Chamber on mine and it sounded different than most but it's hard to make a fox body sound unique, best sounding engine ever built. Great job man
Congrats on getting the Goose's decibels down finally. Wish I could say the same for my 240De Ls7. The Mack truck exhaust sound is cool for all of 10 minutes. Keep up them fab skills and the videography Voss!
Sounds very sedate. I like it. Would be super cool to run some dead stock looking slash cut tips all the way out the bumper. Without the wing, and basically only the wheels on the exterior, that thing would surprise a LOT of people.
Kyle your right about welding that over laped pipe. I also feel that when you weld there isn't as much distortion because of the pipes being slipped into one and other. That exhaust looks clean. I want to do that to the samurai, minus the Xpipe of course. I like that sound better too.
Nice work. Thank you for putting a real exhaust on this instead of putting it thru the fenders or hood. You can rubber mount the exhaust and not have much at all movement...but still have some thermal "give". For the turn downs...consider angling them towards each other a little for more sound cancelation. Or outwards to fluff out the burnout smoke ;)
Nicely done sir. If I can put forth my opinion, if you are looking for quiet, “sleeper” like status, you might want to re-think that rear wing. It screams “I run sub 10sec 1/4mile times”. Merely my opinion. Keep on keepin on.
Thanks...I have talked to a few production companies in the past but the more I think about it, I think youtube is where I need to stay. It really is the future and I dont have to answer to anyone
Hey Kyle. I made it that NHRA qualifying on Saturday as well to see those bad boys and girls. I got a few panned shots of the Mac Tools Top Fuel car on one pass and blurred the background, tires, etc. while keeping the car fairly sharp. Pretty wild that the tires were still plenty wrinkled at the 330' mark. Great work on that exhaust system, man! Looks fantastic and sounds menacing. Can't wait to hear it make a few passes around the neighborhood for comparison to the previous setup. The neighbors will be twice as happy. ;o) I remember a while back you used some cool clamps with slots in them to align the tubes for butt welding. Another great tip I saw here is where you used ratchet straps to hold the exhaust for you under the car. I never considered that before, but I'm takin' that tip with me. Good stuff, man. Now go enjoy that thing a little bit.
First time commenting on your vids. Love your channel and Love the Goose. I've got a twin turbo 95 gt. I'm running an X pipe with bullets and it is quite loud. I may consider a quieter muffler at some point. Keep inspiring brother!
Nice build, been following your channel for a couple years now. I've always heard not to run chambered mufflers on turbo cars, what kind of mufflers are you running? I've got a 94 GT I'm thinking about putting a turbo on and am trying to glean all the knowledge I can. Keep up the good work, you inspire me to go out and work on my own stuff.
WOW Where have you been !!!! Cool can you say alot for the units they make Miller look really cheap in comparison !! Solid mount is really hard to keep them breaking ect !! and heat on floor pans !! I know I have hundreds of custom exhaust !! MAN You need bigger shop just for the welding gear !! Do some thing SON ( Videos )
Awesome job... that squeak maybe the idler/tension pulley bearing... When I had my '86 Mustang GT, and my F-150 with a Paxton supercharger I went through a couple of em. ** I know you've been busier than a one-legged man in an ass-kicking contest but, when you going back that red bad boy...??
What's up man I've seen your TH-cam add that you are an upstate sc TH-camr. I'm in the upstate as well just wanted to say what's up. Big car guy myself glad I found you.
What size of mickey’s you got on the rear? I’m guessing 275/50? I just ordered 255/60 because I’m on bags and want a tad more fender clearance to tuck the tire.
That’s like me I had so many I kept my 3 favorites HTP Pro Pulse 200, HTP Invertig 221 w/ cooler and miller Dynasty 210dx Tig runner got rid of the rest. I feel like once you find your go to the rest will just sit. That’s what happened to me, unless you have the option to pass on some of the fronius welders. My pro pulse will run aluminum right out of mig gun too like that fronuis.
Where do you buy this piping? The exhaust kits online and local vendors have shit way over priced. For what a kit costs I can just buy a pre fabbed exhaust system
Hey Kyle, that’s a bitch doin exhaust systems on your back man(been there done that lol), I bet you can’t wait for the new shop to fit in a hoist! Ya may wanna consider a couple of flexi’s if your gonna solid mount the back half. Anyway love ya work bro👍 keep the vids coming.
Man, you do nice work. Never “appear” to be rushed and very well put together videos. I’m sure there is some chaos behind the scenes!! Maybe a few bloopers at the end!!
Thanks...always stuff that dont make it in the vids for sure

Nice looking Exhaust system, like the way it hugs the underside of the car, sounds good also! You got me motivated to get out and finish mine.
thanks man
Sounds very sedate. I like it. Would be super cool to run some dead stock looking slash cut tips all the way out the bumper. Without the wing, and basically only the wheels on the exterior, that thing would surprise a LOT of people.
yeah the wing wont stay and I would love to get some 17s for it
Kyle your right about welding that over laped pipe. I also feel that when you weld there isn't as much distortion because of the pipes being slipped into one and other. That exhaust looks clean. I want to do that to the samurai, minus the Xpipe of course. I like that sound better too.
Excellent work on the exhaust.
It sounds KILLER!!!
Thanks
Love it sounds great ! not obnoxious has a nice note!! Great work! Damn that came out sweet!
thanks
Damn. Fronius is killin' it with the DIY/small-fab welders! I might have to reconsider these beyond my Ohio-based loyalty.
good stuff
Must be dope as hell to be sponsored
It is...also comes with a lot of responsibility to though
Sounds great man! Very nice work 👍🏻

yeah
That's a great idea with the slip fit and welding them. It would be so much easier to weld.
yeah for sure
Nicely done sir. If I can put forth my opinion, if you are looking for quiet, “sleeper” like status, you might want to re-think that rear wing. It screams “I run sub 10sec 1/4mile times”. Merely my opinion. Keep on keepin on.
yeah the wing wont stay
When is this going to turn into a tv show
Because that would be great
Love your vids keep up the work
Thanks...I have talked to a few production companies in the past but the more I think about it, I think youtube is where I need to stay. It really is the future and I dont have to answer to anyone
Nice job Kyle !

Love the Goose! Keep it up.
Thanks
Sounds good, I like it

sounds mean!!! awesome. looking great.
Effin-right Kyle! Nicely done.
thanks
"loud, but not obnoxious." My neighbors probably wish I followed that philosophy. :)
lol
exclentes maquinas de soldar y herramientas, muy buena mejora en los tubos de escape suena muy bien. saludos.

Ultra Flo's are real good at quitting it down
Great job as always!
sounds good bro
thanks
Very sweet my friend.

Awsome video again! Slip joint great idea
Thanks

Yay!! Another vid!! 😍😍😍
I know I have been slacking
Awesome job... that squeak maybe the idler/tension pulley bearing... When I had my '86 Mustang GT, and my F-150 with a Paxton supercharger I went through a couple of em.
** I know you've been busier than a one-legged man in an ass-kicking contest but, when you going back that red bad boy...??
I don't have an idler on this setup
Ügyes vagy fater nagyon.
Awesomeness
Thanks
What's up man I've seen your TH-cam add that you are an upstate sc TH-camr. I'm in the upstate as well just wanted to say what's up. Big car guy myself glad I found you.
Right on....yeah I am in Seneca
The Fab Forums I'm in laurens
Nice job on pipes good sound when on the road will help to keep you out of trouble haha. I hare to sound stupid but could you explane back purge.
Yeah for sure
Mac tools nice 💪👌
Stainless, nice and quite he says ha ha ha I still wound not like to try racing next to it off the lights thanks for the vid Mr voss
welcome
Que bien que suena ese v8!!!!!
Awesome! Loving the goose vids. Nice exhaust work! Wish I had known you were at zmax too. What size radials are you running?
Love the goose! Sounds awesome, cant wait to see some track passes, should run pretty damn hard!
yeah maybe this season
Nice..👍👍👍👍
Alright I'll ask the question since I'm new to this but what's the purpose the aluminum foil with back pergeing??
What amperage was you running on your setting s?
To Not grt much crystallization
Sweet 1st again
rad
You think you'll be giving away some of your old tig equipment since you have new toys to play with?
Did you build that rear wing yourself?
Hey Kyle have you ever thought about attending The Race of Gentleman to sell some Killfab stuff?
Which x pipe is better? One like yours with bends and side hole or like magnaflow true x that has a pocket in the middle?
it really depends on the combo....anything other than a turbo setup I would say that the X that actually crosses would be better.
I’m sure you’ve answered this before but why stainless instead of regular tubing? Does it sound better? Or just won’t rust like tubing. Thanks!!
What size of mickey’s you got on the rear? I’m guessing 275/50? I just ordered 255/60 because I’m on bags and want a tad more fender clearance to tuck the tire.
whaddya think about putting headlight covers on the grey goose?
I have some for it...may use them when doing some top speed stuff for aero
Still waiting on the intake couplers u have around lol been a while
Did you get your ECU tuned or is that what the boost controller is for? Exhaust sounds great and looks great
It tunes it self
The Fab Forums Really? I want to turbo my truck and expected to have to tune the ecu. So how does that work with self tuning?
How do you start the welds without having the Tungsten sticking? Do you touch on and then back away a little bit?
machines with high frequency start, you dont need to touch the tungsten....the arc jumps the gap.
its lucky you're going to build another shop, you've run out of room with all the welders :-)
I know right
That’s like me I had so many I kept my 3 favorites HTP Pro Pulse 200, HTP Invertig 221 w/ cooler and miller Dynasty 210dx Tig runner got rid of the rest. I feel like once you find your go to the rest will just sit. That’s what happened to me, unless you have the option to pass on some of the fronius welders. My pro pulse will run aluminum right out of mig gun too like that fronuis.
What's the reason to hard mounting it? Is there a benefit?
yeah it stays exactly where you want it, plus everything else is solid mounted on the car....dont need the exhaust moving around
Where do you buy this piping? The exhaust kits online and local vendors have shit way over priced.
For what a kit costs I can just buy a pre fabbed exhaust system
I think I had a link in the description
what does it help putting in the x pipe if it still has two mufflers
It equals the flow and the opposite exhaust pulses actually help pull the exhaust out...this combo works very well in NA cars
Exhaust looks good, but then again I don't know what I'm talking about right.
hi sir
what is the brand of welders i think it is tig welders ?
THANKS
Fronius and Everlast are the ones used in this video
Wow can someone explain what the 3 straps are for on the Mac drag car? Never seen this before?
keeps the blower from flying through the air during an engine explosion.
Maybe incase the head blows off? idk for sure
What is the advantage of using stainless vs mild steel ?
stainless is usually thinner, lighter, doesn't rust and is stronger.
Really enjoy this channel, but man, you could have stayed on the MAC tools pit scene a LOT longer. :D
Lol
do you think it was 304ss?
You need to make up for that 2 week gap “son”;)
yeah
The Fab Forums I was just messing with ya bro;)
Why back fill the entire pipe?
Thiccc boi gloves for tig lol
Very Cool but its to quite for a drag wing.... LOL
Yeah wing won't stay
Hey Kyle, that’s a bitch doin exhaust systems on your back man(been there done that lol), I bet you can’t wait for the new shop to fit in a hoist! Ya may wanna consider a couple of flexi’s if your gonna solid mount the back half. Anyway love ya work bro👍 keep the vids coming.
yeah a lift will be nice
Those vented work gloves though lol Do work Son
If it's to load your to old!
lol
I hate when things are too load. Need to hit the gym buddy.
Plz take off that hideous wing 🤮🤢
thats the plan
You do realize its a race car? as well as what the wing does? FUNCTION>LOOKS
