OMG! Maangchi..I absolutely LOOOOVE Gimbap! I used to work with a lady from Seoul who's sister would make a dozen of them for me every once in a while. I brushed them with soy sauce and ate like a king! When it comes to Gimbap, I will not share! ...and thanks for the fantastic video.

My uncle from Guam made that concoction of soy sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, chilies, onion, bok choy, ginger. He called it finadene. I grew up with it. Sooo good.

Another helpful cooking video from Maangchi. Thank you for sharing the Kimbap making. I like this one and would definitely try it on my nephews birthday. I love prepare it its very easy amazing and your technique is just absolutely different and unique. I made sushi back home but I never put salt in my egg, on cucumber and I just used fresh cut cucumber. I used vinegar instead of the sesame oil. I like how you make the egg using the colander. I know this will be a new taste to my family and they will love it. Lastly, I love your bento box! Love your recipes Maangchi ;)
