      Thanks for watching the video! Man I am so stoked for you! How big did you end up getting? I knew there had to be big fish in that area, it was just a matter of the right time. The amount of large bait I saw, I knew there had to have been some big ones. Pumped to hear you got some big ones.

      Hey JT thanks for watching the video, glad to hear it was enjoyable!! I always think guys that fish off the Yak are dangerous, much more patient and really pick apart areas. If I can't catch a fish I move and keep firing away until I can. Some yak guys would school me forsure.

    Great stuff! Where is a good spot to launch into the delta for kayak fisherman? I live in Tracy but I usually fish at Del Valle because there are no wakeboard boats allowed on the lake and that makes me more comfortable as a novice kayak fisherman. I know that pleasure boaters aren’t as much of a problem this time year, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

    • @DDFishingCo
      @DDFishingCo  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Josh! If you were to launch at Hollands tract, it’s a pretty easy area to move around on a kayak for bass, I haven’t caught any stripers over there. Brannan island is only open on the weekends!

    Enjoyed your video. One thing made me uncomfortable, you fishing at night by yourself without any sort of life jacket on. If nothing else, you are not setting a good example of safety on the water. Bad stuff can happen very quickly.

    • @DDFishingCo
      @DDFishingCo  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks John, it’s always wise to wear a PFD when driving a boat at night. I’ll look into getting one. I have been on the water since I was a kid driving boats. I can see how for new boat owners it could be dangerous.

    No respect for the fish.

    • @DDFishingCo
      @DDFishingCo  ปีที่แล้ว

      Big ones are always let go very carefully. The little ones are just dropped into the water. They are pretty tough creatures. Things like salmon and trout need to be released/handled very carefully.
