Interesting. I have the Sjöstrand version. Have had some issues with decaffeinated coffee cup. They seem to drip through much more difficultly than "normal" cups, building up a lot of pressure. This happens with all brands of cups we have used. For the rest it is a wonderful and beautiful machine.
Lots of measurements there, but you neglected to state the height including the pod handle. I'm concerned that it won't fit on the workspace under wall-mounted cabinets
@@TheCoffeePodChannel Thanks! Received my super shiny chrome ‘Grind Two’ machine this week. Seemed they took notice because some notable modifications include: ▪️A pod collection basket!▪️Cup tray can be inserted at lowest/worktop level allowing big mugs. ▪️20 Bar operating pressure. ▪️Pre-infusion.▪️Water tank is more integral to chassis and hidden by side panels (cut outs enable side view of water level). ▪️Loading arm is now all metal with knurled grip instead of black plastic knob. ▪️LEDs more flush and illuminated cup sizes form part of the buttons. ▪️On/Off switch now flat bladed style. ▪️Pink logo no longer has rivets. ▪️Nozzle head chamfered with ‘GRIND’ etched on flat top surface. ▪️Drip tray now slotted instead of holes, with GRIND cutout lettering.
Been considering getting this but was worried it would be too noisy so your demo was super helpful. There’s a 25% discount just now so went ahead & got it. Thanks for a useful video!
Very tempted by this machine. Currently £220. If it was £200 I'd go for it. Your negative (the pod catcher and the liquid) seems pretty minor for what otherwise seems like a great machine.
Totally agree. The pod catcher issue is very minor but I do have a responsibility to mention everything no matter how small (albeit a pita to clean), don’t let it put you off it’s just my other machine handles it much better. Well worth getting this machine as it’s my goto every day.
My parents has had this in their home and 4 shared vacation homes. Not a single one is still working. The one in their home just broke a couple of days after the 2 year warranty..
Great video! Does anyone know if this Will Work with stainless steel re-usable Nespresso pods? Having plastic and aluminium being heated up does not feel great in the long run.
I did see that from others but I get some but none more than other machines I have. Any dripping that does happen can instantly be stopped by emptying the pod out.
@@TheCoffeePodChannel Think the issue from some reviews was the constant leaking / dripping of water as opposed to the coffee drips. But based on your comment that does not seem to be an issue for you. Thanks again for your help.
Does it hurt the machine if I position the handle always down? The hole on the top seems like a dust catcher for me, babe gecko hiding there can be a nightmare
Can someone tell me the point of having different nespresso machines? Is it only for the looks? I have tried couple of machines and coffee from these machines taste the same. Genuinely asking
some do have higher pressure, some have differing functions such as amount of water passed, some with extra features. but in all honesty, you won’t be able to tell the difference between machines as long as they are decent and not £10 Argos machines (if there is such a thing, you get the idea)
Hiya If you’re referring to the liquid in the catcher, all Nespresso machines aren’t the same as my other machine handles this much better. With all due respect, across all my channels I’d expect my reviewers to mention issue no matter how big or small, there must be a certain level of responsibility when it comes to videos watched by thousands of people.

That’s very interesting. I’m going to test this with mine.
I’m thinking of this one to replace my Krups. Nice vid
It's nice to have an option which isn't a massive cheap looking plastic beast sitting on the counter.
It looks classy and hard-wearing.
Sums it up perfectly. Nice one
Thanks for the review. It was very helpful in my decision-making process. 😊

Glad it helped. I use mine every day, superb machine.

Oh no. That’s a shame.

It "should" work but im not sure I trust the force in which is pierces this. Im sure someone will know for sure.
Any issues with dripping like some other reviews suggest? You have had for some time now right. Thanks for review. Very helpful.

Ah! No. None of that at all
looking to buy this if I can use other pods that come cheap now and again
Yes you can. I’ve tested with Grind, Wonky, Nespresso own, Asda, Tesco, Lidl, Aldi and Sainsbury’s. All work fine.
Does it hurt the machine if I position the handle always down? The hole on the top seems like a dust catcher for me, babe gecko hiding there can be a nightmare
I can’t see an issue with that. 👍🏻

£200-250? They're selling them on the website for £295
ALWAYS wait for a Grind sale. Happens regularly. I got a One machine and 3 packs of coffee for under £250
The name is more like H-wur’s-trand (aspirate the H, wur like fur)
thats such a minor issue to complain about!!!!!!! nespresso machines are same but literally not a problem !!!!!!!
