Before going to sleep, I do an exercise to make sure I anchor in my memory the day that just passed, even if it was "an ordinary one". Time goes by so quickly, we can't afford appreciating only the great big things. So, at the end of the day, I say to myself : this day has count because / I am grateful because ... a friend emailed me, I found my favorite apple variety at the grocery store, I live within walking distance to work, etc. The fact that you realized what is going on is a clue you are on the right path to feel happy again. All the best, Kalle :-)

My top 3 things that I am grateful for is my wonderful girlfriend who supports me in every little way she can, my close friends back home and my family that continues to be there for advice if I ever need it.
Might I add... I have loved watching your videos ever since you had around 15-25k subs and have been able to watch your channel grow and grow. You have done such a great job and I wish I could do the same as you, living in a cabin in the woods, getting long winters and living a cozy life in a tiny cabin.
      Sounds Great!
I am from the USA and hopefully my gf and I will be able to get a tiny house on some land and just be able to start focusing on us and our goals and dreams.
My dream is to have some land and be able to teach my kids about self-sustaining ways of life. Raising animals, getting food from them and being able to grow our own food as well. Only downside is that houses and land in the USA is extremely expensive and has been for the past decade or so... but it will change at some point!!!
I guess in a way, your channel has helped push that concept more into our heads... Knowing that there is a peaceful life behind all of it. Being able to escape and just, be yourself. So, in a way, your videos give me something to aspire to. Thank you Kalle :)

I believed that moving to a different state, getting the house of my dreams near nature, working part time, and getting healthier would all make me happy, and I literally surrounded my ideas, thoughts, my emotions and my entire being into getting this dream, and I refused to live in the now. I become depressed for not getting what I wanted and it actually almost ruined my relationship with my partner. I had an epiphany a few months ago, that no matter what I obtain, no matter where I go, I will always be unhappy unless I'm happy where I am now. There is nothing that I can obtain that would make me happy. If you're not happy where you are, you will not be happy where you go. So, I started to be grateful for EVERYTHING in my life, literally everything. A fresh shower after a long day, the cool breeze coming thorough my window on a crisp fall morning, having electricity, a loving partner, 3 adorable cats. I deal with chronic pain every single day along with a ton of mental health problems and I can honestly say that I LOVE MY LIFE! This is coming from someone who used to be suicidal and depressed as well. Life is not about the grandiose things, its not about vacations, fancy restaurants, huge outings. It's truly, all about the small things in your daily life

Unhappiness comes primarily from a neglected spiritual state of a person where vanity, envy and ingratitude rule. Happiness has nothing to do with things around us but within us. We are "programmed" to think that we have to provide material things in order to be happy but in such a way we lose our soul and we never live in the present moment which is actually the source of life. The past is over and the future is not guaranteed.

Been married 57 years to my High School sweetheart- live on a beautiful clear river in Florida- have two healthy children and five wonderful grandchildren- have 4 siblings who live out here by me and we are extremely close and get our extended families together(about 60) several times a year. Sounds perfect doesn’t it? There was still unrest in my spirit and I realized I needed God in my daily life and also I needed to serve others and lift others spirits who were lonesome or just needed company on their down days. Our purpose is not just our dreams but helping others on their journey.

But I'm scared to take a step towards my dream, as I'm unsure of what will be the consequences and the sacrifices I have to make. I live in a small farmhouse in the middle of a large ancient woodland, miles from neighbours in the Highlands of Scotland. To many people it seems the Dream Life, but very few people realise how much hard work this is. People are always searching for Happiness. Kalle, forget the pursuit of happiness, for it is not a constant state. Seeking happiness and believing it will be found in the state of gratitude is often a folly.... Instead, seek Purpose. Gratitude is a very positive emotion, but it is Purpose that makes a life worthwhile. Find Purpose and your whole life will change .
Having Purpose is so much bigger than ourselves. When you create a life of purpose you will never seek the state of happiness again. .

“The purpose of life is a life with a purpose. So I'd rather die for a cause, than live a life that is worthless.” - Immortal Technique.
I first heard it 12 years ago, still haven't found mine. Everything is fine but I just can't find it.
Well I actually did but isn't it quite silly? you tell me: I love making my parents happy. I took a work hiatus for many months to be with them. Took my father to Sweden and Norway trips to enjoy the nature. Moved back to parents' house when my mother was diagnosed with cancer (cured now).
But one day they'll be gone and my life will be worthless.
See i cannot be just happy with the present, I always think ahead while maybe i shouldn't

I am Canadian and I’m just coming from a month of volunteering with an animal shelter in Ukraine. I came to Romania to adopt a dog to bring to my friend in Canada. Because of Lufthansa and their incredibly inept customer service, I now have a flight which he can not come on. The last 24 hours have been soul crushing. I found your video and I’m crying. I’m grateful for so much in my life after this experience. I feel like I’ve failed miserably with my mission to make a difference for this one dog. I don’t have the money to buy another flight to Canada, but I’m not giving up. I needed this video to help me take a deep breath and accept what is happening and not keep breathing myself up. Jesus said, " I am The way, the Truth and the Life. " You will know the Truth and the Truth shall set you FREE" . He will provide you with Peace. Shalom. I pray you seek His Truth and find it. God is faithful and King of the Universe and Jesus is coming back soon to end all despair, depression, sadness, sorrow. Pain and even death. This life is not all there is. There is Eternal Life with Him after we pass through this short one. Sometimes life seems disappointing and unfulfilling. Learn of God. He is good. His love endures forever. In 2017 at the age of 56 I moved from Leeds UK to Budd Lake New Jersey USA. My wife and I bought a small cottage that is our dream home and now after 5 years in this beautiful place we have to once in a while say to each other " Stop and smell the roses" Life can sometimes race away with the little time we have on this earth. Everyday Kalle just give yourself and each other that time to smell the roses 😉

I just found your channel today and I am so grateful for this video. When I think back of my dreams 5 years ago I can now see that almost all came true. I also realize that I often miss what I had then because I seldom took the time to be grateful and live in that moment.
Three things I am grateful for:
    1) I have adopted two amazing senior dogs this year. And this video reminded me to spend even more time enjoying their company.
    2) I go to sleep with no worries on my mind. I used to be in debt for my entire adult life, but was able to pay them off. It makes such a difference to not do calculations to see if I can pay for food before sleeping.
    3) I live in a city I always wanted to move to in a home with a roof terrace and a bath. And even though I already want to move somewhere else, I am grateful that I experience living here now.
I feel less lost because of this video. Thank you so much.

I moved from The Netherlands to the south of Sweden and lived there for more than 30 years. 1.5 years ago I bought a bed carrier moped and drove to the north of Sweden. (Jokkmokk just above the Artic Circle) I never had the courage to go to art school but I worked in art-related professions for a big part of my life and am creating just for the sake of creating never sold anything and never will sell anything, I feel honored if people like my creations and take them as a gift. I can still walk and go out in nature every day, I have severe COPD but get strength from AD/HD. My life has been a wild ride on a roller coaster and yeah I made big mistakes (drugs, booze and criminality) ,but everything brought me to where I am in life right now and I'm genuinely happy with what I have. A small cabin that's mine and 3 kids that are doing way better than I ever have. A couple of years ago I went with one of my sons to look at his sport, I discovered that my COPD was a huge problem otherwise I would have been really good at climbing, it's a fantastic sport. Wish you all the best.

Hi. I’ve just found your channel and this is your first video I’m watching. I’m in my late 40s and going through a major crisis now, both physically and mentally. And you’ve just reminded me of gratefulness. I’ve got a loving partner, three healthy and loving children and a circle of friends. I am really grateful for all of them in my life, for their trust in me. I just wish I could do something more fulfilling in my life, with a passion, and be more optimistic human being who believes in his own creativity and is not quietly ashamed of his life. But maybe the first step is to simply embrace the moment, find something good in every day and think in detail who I would like to be in another five years. Perhaps being grateful for the little things that still happen can help break the circle of extreme negativity in my thinking and bad things happening to me. Thank you.

Try meditation and introspective work! You'll probably face a lot of difficult emotions bubbling up - but in order to get over them you HAVE to face them and be completely honest with yourself- just like pulling out a thorne that's been aching for so long. I think you'll see that a lot of our experienced misery comes from comparing our lifes to others. Comparison is the thief of all joy. I really recommend reading the book "the tao of pooh". Focus on what's most important, the friends and family around you - the people that truly care about you and that you can share this crazy experience that life is with. Not some career or other material gains that in a hundred years won't mean anything to you or anybody you'll ever know. It seems that you love your family and that they love you - that in itself is a great feat, which many fathers couldn't be able to do - even though they own a tesla and wears an expensive suit. They are the one's that are lost. It's ALL about perspective and finding what YOU value in your life, and that's something you can change and come clear with! If your mind or brain caused a problem, your mind or brain can find the solution! Wish you all the best in finding back to your true self my friend!

    • @fabiannystrm
      @fabiannystrm ปีที่แล้ว +2

And don't forget that while you still are capable of thinking and moving it is never to late to TAKE ACTION towards a life you want to live! Don't let the societial norm tell you otherwise! You can do anything you set your mind to - just make sure that you start by actually doing something, no matter how small, just don't get caught up in your thoughts and dreams. Take action in reaching them one tiny step at a time and things will accumilate towards your goals. Change is a direction, not a destination.

The blessing feels accidental, but I'm trying to remember to just be grateful. 3) I have my lovely daughters with me. When my children were very young we began a tradition of saying five things we were thankful for that day as we ate our evening meal. Gratitude is something we learn. I am grateful this day, at 65 years old, that I am married 30 years now, that I can afford to feed the birds and wildlife on my farm, that I can talk on the phone to a grandchild thousands of miles away. Happiness comes from being grateful. Even in hard times, we have to look for things that have gone right in the situation. Taking time every day to write or ponder what we are grateful for becomes a habit and then it begins to come over you all the time. Peace be with you❤

I totally felt this because I do feel unhappy sometimes even though I am right where I wanted to be a few years. Went to college for electronic engineering at age 27 took me 8 years to finished a 4 year degree, now im 35 and this year I finally finished and landed a job with one of the largest microchip designers/manufactures in the world, I have had internships with Tesla and received job offers from Microsoft and like you said im always thinking about the next thing and I have not even stopped to be proud of myself , the fact I have actually checked off some boxes in my life in-spite of how dark my early 20s were looking. No job living in my dads garage, suicidal thoughts because I was basically a bum with no future. While there are still things that have fallen apart in the span of that time like a failed marriage I am still very grateful for the experiences and all the things I have done.

As an engineer in his 30s as well, I hear you. There is something weird about engineering projects and how there is no defined finish line that sucks away the joy of finishing the race. A project never seems to truly end, they just sort of fade away into the background while you focus on something else. I'm in technical sales now, and you'd think there is a big rush when closing a deal but that is rarely the case. I know in the back of my mind that closing a deal is when the real work starts.
Anyways, no one asked but i'm telling. Staying happy is hard, especially in the midst of the grind.

I moved to a rural area five years ago, and I also tend to fall into this cycle of goal setting, completing the goal and moving on to the next one without appreciating everything that I’ve accomplished. Unfortunately in that process I also tend to forget that the main goal for which I changed my lifestyle was to give myself time to be creative. It wasn’t until last spring that I started taking my projects out with me in my car for about 1-2 hrs per day, 3 times per week, and find a quiet place overlooking the ocean, or in the forest, and spend that time on anything that brings me complete peace; it might be artwork, or writing, reading or meditating depending on the day. Somewhere along my journey I realized that I had to physically remove myself from the labour of that never ending cycle of work at home, in order to appreciate what I’ve accomplished, and to spend time on activities that bring me peace. If it’s a nice day, I bring a folding table and chair and sit outside, and if the weather is bad, I just get comfortable in my car. I find that if I skip this part of my day for more than about four weeks, I get back into that cycle of stress again. I hope others can learn from my experiences.

The world is broken and you will never find fulfillment in this world because it's temporary. The Good News is that Jesus Christ is eternal, He died for your sins and by grace through faith in Jesus you can receive a free gift of forgiveness, eternal life and a regenerated heart, peace that surpasses all understanding on this earth. God never promised us to have an easy, problem-free life but He has promised to help us through it all. Most importantly we are sinful and need our sins to be forgiven. Are you willing to simply give up everything you have, to surrender your heart to Jesus, deny yourself, pick up your cross and follow Him?
      Biblical explanation of the Gospel:
God doesn’t want anybody in hell, but you must understand why
we deserve hell and why those who refuse to live under His authority will go
there. He gave us the law (Ten Commandments) not to make us righteous, but
rather to show us our sin (Romans 3:20). God gave us free will and since Adam
sinned in the garden, sin is the nature of our flesh and we ALL have sinned. (Romans 3:23)
The law demands death to those who sin (Romans 6:23). Since we have all sinned, we all deserve hell.
Revelation 21:8 says that all liars will go to hell. Yes, even if you have lied once in your life, you are sentenced to hell - that's how
high God's standards are of moral perfection because God is holy and righteous, there is not one sin in Him.
For someone to be justified before holy God they have to be sinless, that's why everyone need Jesus Christ
      - for He lived a sinless life, died on the cross and rose from the dead on the third day.
None of us are good in God’s eyes, because for God good means moral perfection. We all
have broken God’s commandments, we all have sinned in our lives so none of us
are good. ‘’For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is
guilty of breaking all of it.’’ (James 2:10). Our carnal mind is hostile to God; it does not submit
to God's moral law and it never will (Romans 8:7). We hate the thought of God for the same reason a criminal
hates a policeman - we know we have sinned against God and are guilty of it and we don't want to be damned.
No good works will ever save you. You can't earn salvation by good works, because God will judge us for our sin.
Good News is that Jesus Christ lived a perfect, holy, sinless life and He died for our sins according to the Scriptures,
He was buried and He was raised from the dead on the third day according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever
believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.’’ (John 3:16)
We aren’t saved by our good works, but only by the grace of God through faith in Christ.
''For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God -
not by works, so that no one can boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
Jesus said ‘’it is finished’’ (John 19:30) just before He died on the cross, which means He paid the fine for our sins
(past, present, future) to be forgiven only IF we repent and trust in Him.
This is how you can get saved from sin and hell - repent of your sins and trust in Jesus Christ. Get to know Him
      by reading God's Word.
So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him.” (Luke 11:13)
''What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not!'' (Romans 6:15)
''Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out'' (Acts 3:19)
Repentance is a turning away from sin and all evil works, and it always results in changed behavior (Luke 3:8).
Biblically, a person who repents does not continue willfully in sin.
While sorrow from sin is not equivalent to repentance, it is certainly an element of scriptural repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10).
Do not play a hypocrite. ''God is light; in Him there is no darkness at all.
If we claim to have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.'' (1 John 1:5-6)
(John 3:3) Jesus replied, "Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again."
If you have repented and have genuine faith in Jesus Christ then you will receive the gift of Holy Spirit and be born-again spiritually.
When you believed, you were marked in Him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance
until the redemption of those who are God’s possession - to the praise of His glory. (Ephesians 1:13-14)
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him. (John 3:36)
''You will know them by their fruits'' (Matthew 7)
If you have been truly born-again with the Holy Spirit and He has regenerated your heart, you will desire righteousnes -
to do what is good and righteous in God's eyes, to seek God everyday in His Word and prayer, to strengthen your relationship with God.
You will no longer desire to willfully continue living in sin but will want to obey God out of your love for Him because of His amazing grace
revealed to us through the death and resurrection of His Son.
''Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.'' (2 Corinthians 5:17)
''For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.'' (Eph 2:10)
You will have a testimony - of what your life had been before and how has it changed now when you have surrendered it to Lord Jesus Christ.
As a declaration and affirmation of your faith in Jesus Christ, get baptised in water because He commanded us to do so.
In John 3:5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.''
''Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit'' (Matthew 28:19)
''Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.'' (Acts 2:41)
''And this water symbolizes the baptism that now saves you also - not the removal of dirt from the body,
but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God - through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,'' (1 Peter 3:21)
''We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that,
just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.'' (Romans 6:4)
''Having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through your faith in the working of God,
who raised him from the dead.'' (Colossians 2:12)
Please get right with God and get to know Jesus Christ personally today before it’s too late, because there’s not much time left!
"But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.’’ (Mark 13:32)
Get to know Christ through God's Word - Bible. At first I recommend reading Gospel of John and book of Romans. God bless you!
Jeremiah 29:13 - ''You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.''

The comments on this video are all so beautiful. It makes me realize we're all really living the same human experience. We all go through the same things and yet we always think we're alone in feeling these things. It's really nice to see how open everyone here in the comments section are and how you're all sharing your life stories and struggles along the way.
I was in a major crisis very recently and just turned 31 and feeling like life is slipping away from me. I've had these huge dreams for so long but I never reach them, and in fact two of my biggest dreams in my life crashed and burned in the past month and it just made me so sad and I just lost all hope for the future. I don't think I've ever felt as low and lost in life as I was then, and I'm still very much working through it.
In fact, today has been the first day that I've slowly started re-calibrating myself and trying to find new ways forward and to find meaning in life again. It's very difficult, especially when you feel like you're on this hamster wheel and no matter how hard you work you never get to your destination. That's basically been life for me so far and it's been so frustrating. Every time a dream dies I rebuild and keep on going to the next, but then the pattern repeats itself over and over.
It's all so tiring. But I have to keep going and I have to believe that one day I will get to where I want to be, or that I will at least find peace in the constant journey and constant growth that I'm experiencing and that hopefully by the end it will all have been worth it and I can look back on a life well lived.

You have a good perspective of failing and falling into influence of Grace. Necessary, otherwise we are overconfident, take things in our hands and learn the hard way. For many like me, it's still a 40 years Journey in the wilderness, to let go of pride of achievement and loving this present world. I'm 67 and just learned to be content alone without being codependent in relationship. When we depend on others we don't get past them to meet God as a friend. We only have one first Love.

@@unknown2k229 Does that citation explain anything about happiness itself or am I missing something? • @unknown2k229
      @unknown2k229 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@fabiannystrm Thank you for your question. I dont think you are rude, in fact i think this
is a very relevant and good question.
To answer, it requires a bit more explanation.
As i mentioned earlier - this life is a test (see quran chapter 67, verse 2) for us to see
how we will live our lives. In order to "pass this test", God has sendes messengers all
the way from Adam till the last Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
In order to pass this test of life, we need to submit our will to God (Islam means submitting
your will to God), and follow the rules set by God.
We need to follow the straight path, and fulfill our purpose (God created us
      to worship him).
Not only that, this is the best way to live our life and will benefit us in this life and the herafter.
By following the straight path - we will find TRUE hapiness as Allah described to us.
It is also important to point out, that we will have to change our lives and give up some things.
In Islam we have 5 pillars of Islam
      1) Shadada. You have to testify that there is only one God Allah, and that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is the messenger of Allah.
      2) It is important to do the 5 daily prayers
      3) You have to give zakat (charity)
      4) You have to fast during the month of Ramadan
      5) You have to attend (if you are able to) Hajj (Pilgrimage).
Now back to your good question:
Does that citation explain anything about happiness itself or am I missing something?
Doesn't it just say that if you put your faith in Allah you will achieve rest and so forth happiness?
In order to achieve happiness we must do certain actions. We must remember Allah and thank him for creating us and for blessing us.
We have to remember Allah, when we pray 5 times a day.
We have to remember Allah when we sin and seek forgiveness from God.
We have to remember Allah by enjoying good and forbidding evil.
We have to remember and worship Allah because this is our purpose and also to find true happiness.
So yes we have to remember Allah, but also BACK IT UP with our actions.
By doing that, in shaa Allah (God willing) you will find happiness.

I wonder if you could find some natural herbal medicine, like hemp or vitamins and immunity boosters like glutathione and vitamins like D and C in large amounts . Certainly walks in the forest with deep breathing exercises and cleansing the lymphatic system would be beneficial. Set your mind and visualize your healthy lungs . That is how I fight my cancer diagnosis and never felt better. Herbs, sunshine and vitamins . Don’t listen to doctors , they don’t have a clue how to heal anybody. I find that journalling really helps with this problem every morning the first thing I do is open my journal. I write 10 things that I am grateful for it can be more than 10 but at least 10. To write down what I am thinking about the day ahead. And to write down a message to myself for the end of the day. It doesn’t take up too much time you can do it while you are drinking a coffee. Then at the end of the day to go back to the journal and write down what I’ve enjoyed about the day And take a few moments to reflect on the things that happened. And it’s nice to go back and look at the journals I did previously.

The blood pressure and diabetes pills etc will not be needed quickly if u follow the above health professionals
Correcting the food intake and intermittent fasting are critical
The rest is gravy (exercise, relaxing, supplementing)

Hi Kalle, All I want to say is that while there is satisfaction in accomplishing goals. Happiness comes from helping others. Doing things for others and knowing that you have helped someone else brings the greatest happiness. So allowing yourself to take time off is important but maybe you can use that time to volunteer to help someone. Hope this helps...
As for me, I'm grateful for my 95 yr old mother who lives with me. She is a true inspiration. I'm grateful for the comfortable life that we live. I'm grateful to live in the desert where sun shines every day. Living a simple life is quite wonderful.

Thank you for being so open with how you are feeling. I find it true as well, that I tend to keep thinking about what's next and this is a good reminder and exercise in taking a step back and being grateful/content with what I already have. So, here we go!
    - My husband, who is kind to me and loves me.
    - My sweet dogs that bring me joy and comfort.
    - Jesus, who gives me hope and a reason to keep living.
    - My mom's health, that was taken away for several years, is back and I can enjoy her company.
    - Food, running water, a warm home, and really, so many things that make life easy and comfortable.

Another thing I love about a practice of gratitude is that it helps open up a channel in my consciousness for positivity and then the possibilities for good just sort of coming flooding right in. Good ideas come in and can be acted upon. The purpose of my life then becomes clearer and happiness bursts forth. Keep up all the good you are thinking and doing Kalle. Best wishes from Maine.

So here are the three things I'm grateful for today...
    1. Spending time with my grandchildren and laughing over silly jokes we make up.
    2. My dear husband who is the love of my life and enjoy his companionship.
    3. And my health, not just mine but my entire families.

Hello Kalle! This is the first video of yours I’ve seen and I’m very grateful for it, excited to join the fan base. I moved to an off-grid cabin in the woods 4 years ago and had a big mental health crisis, ultimately to my benefit as it uncovered that I’m actually a very autistic person that masked and passed for decades. It’s a huge relief to finally be exploring who I really am and what I’m interested in after a life of suppression, so my three things I’m grateful for: (1) therapeutic resources (especially yoga, SE, IFS, and Feldenkrais), (2) folks like you, honestly, youtube has been a lifeline especially being off grid during 2020, (3) my autistic friends who prompted me to consider that “being normal” wasn’t something to aspire towards. Thanks again, take care

Today I’m grateful for being able to heat my home in this time of huge heating costs, for being able to afford the food I need when so many are struggling to feed their families, and for receiving good news at the doctor. Without Jesus Christ, there's no way to really feel fulfilled. Even someone who seems very happy on the outside will have deep emptiness when alone and have to go from one thing to another to keep happy. Coming from a background devoid of anything religious, I would have never believed this. See, when we're in sin and don't repent and have a relationship with the Almighty God, we just chase for happiness. We go every which way looking for a way to feel fulfilled and content, yet it is elusive. Because it was always meant to be fulfilled by being close to our Creator. Jesus Christ isn't a man that started a religion, but the Alpha and Omega. His spirit is the one that made all that beautiful nature. The spirit inside the man we know as Jesus Christ is the spirit of God. Many get turned off by what they see in modern religion and I don't blame you, I do as well. But Jesus is so different. The spirit world is real and when in sin, it gives demons legal right in your life. It causes openings and doorways, they work through doorways and sin, entertainment, and many means. Even certain items.
Heaven and hell are real places in the spirit world, not religious concepts thought up by man. Please, repent of your sins, confess your sins, develop and prayer life, be baptized in water (doesn't have to be in a church, just by a real Christian)..You will feel weights melt off of you, it was so cathartic and amazing the first time I did, I was shocked. OF course, there are challenges in this world no matter what, and we'll have ups and downs. However, they no longer matter or affect you the same if you have a close relationship and good prayer life with fasting sometimes. This life is but a short test for the soul. There can be some other causes of feeling down or depressed which can be of course chemical and about different aspects of health, but the roots are spiritual. God bless

Has your wife tried ozone therapy? Nikola Tesla patented the first ozone generator because he recognized the healing power of O3. Then Rockefeller allopathic monetized medicine came along and suppressed it because they couldn't make patent profits from it.

    • @0zoneTherapyW0rks
      @0zoneTherapyW0rks ปีที่แล้ว

      ⁣The Miracle of Ozone Therapy
"Ozone is probably one of the most miraculous healing therapies available on our planet at this time. Through its oxygenating power, it successfully treats and cures a wide range of serious degenerative conditions including cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, liver, and kidney disease.
      More Than Hot Air
Ozone is very potent electrified or energized oxygen (O3). Oxygen is more essential to life than food and water. Without it, we would die in minutes but in big cities the levels in the air are decreasing, causing widespread ill health. Oxygen is carried to every part of the body by the red blood cells and is essential for the functioning of every cell in the body, as well as stimulating a healthy immune system.
Ozone also forms a protective layer around the earth; but some scientists point to the danger of high ozone readings as the cause of respiratory problems, so many are prejudiced, dismissive, and simply refuse to look into it.
Yet ozone therapy has been in use since the 1800s; and in 1896 the genius Nikola Tesla patented the first ozone generator in the United States, later forming the Tesla Ozone Company. After that, the Institute for Oxygen Therapy-Healing was formed in Berlin and the man credited with founding naturopathy, Dr. Benedict Lust, began practicing in New York, writing many articles on ozone."

At 55 I have achieved a lot of goals and this year I became stuck & hit that wall! I'm so grateful for my son, partner, my mum despite the fact she has parkinsons disease she continues to support us any way she can, and especially our health. Thank you for this vid Kalle, I'm going to write a list of all the little things I love and try to make sure I do at least some of them every week. I tend to just go from one thing to the other without taking a break & not living in the moment. We all change and grow as we get older & its definately time for me to move on to the next stage of life .Weve had loss & many changes this year, so I feel those were signs that life is changing. We must remember to always be faithful & true to ourselves & not get lost in the big stuff.

This was a much needed introspection for you and for us.
After being diagnosed in early 2018 with a very rare form of Melanoma when I thought I would likely die within a matter of months, I was forced to look at what to treasure each and every day & what to discard. Granted it’s easy to forget doing that every day, but my main goal was a concerted effort to enjoy each day as it comes; enjoy the little things; repair, reject, or cherish relationships based on how they affect my overall quality of life; be in nature as much as I can, etc. So the three things that make me happy and I am most grateful for include those things plus more. Also, there are many more things but trying to keep this short.
What makes me happy and grateful for include:
    1. I have been cancer free since late 2018, thanks to my excellent care at MD Anderson Cancer Center. I am so grateful for that and for every day here on earth it gives me.
    2. My healthy relationships with my husband and family and for removing those who caused me stress and grief.
    3. Living in a quiet, tree filled neighborhood where I can work and enjoy nature.
    4. Having 2 sweet & loyal dogs that bring so much joy and laughter to my life.
    5. As a retired couple, I am thankful that we are able to live a fairly comfortable life.
Now, as a mother of grown children I put on my mother’s hat to say the following…
Kalle, I have honestly been concerned about you and how you have voiced what your life is like and how you navigate through it in some recent videos. It seems like you are taking on so many projects, are isolating yourself with your work (which you admit you like), & then how those things can be so very damaging to a relationship.
Living in the isolated area where you are, I worry about how your priorities may not leave you with enough quality time for Christine. Too many times a spouse (& often the male spouse) get too wrapped up in their job and/or on their electronic devices and forget to place value on the mental & emotional needs of their spouse. And because you really have no close-by neighbors or friends it has had me wondering how Christine is doing & feeling. I know she very rarely puts out videos on her channel and has expressed sadness at times. You have spoken about how YOU like to be alone but in fact, you are NOT really alone. And my hope is that she does not feel lonely & feels that your relationship is healthy & rewarding for her too.

Hey Kalle and crew: wonderful discussion on what's missing in life today-slowing down and taking notice of what's around us. What I am grateful for...1) the Dharma which recognizes that we all suffer but there is a path out; 2) that nothing is permanent and everything changes...which makes us grateful for what we DO have and 3) that I am able to be of service to others and help other sentient beings. You are so correct that we often just keep pushing forward and don't enjoy what is in our hands. Bless you for sharing that insight! Haven't seen Christine in a few videos--hope all is OK.
