    One of my biggest financial mistakes was not being born in 1930 and dropping $100 into the S&P 500.

      Timing the bottom of the market is notoriously difficult, even for seasoned investors but consulting with a financial advisor can also provide personalized guidance tailored to your specific financial situation and goals.

      I've been in touch with a financial analyst ever since I started investing. Knowing today's culture The challenge is knowing when to purchase or sell when investing in stocks, which is pretty simple. On my portfolio, which has grown over 90% in a little over a year, my advisr chooses entry and exit orders

    Psychology is the primary game in trading.Fear destroys your ability to execute the entries in your trading system.Greed destroys your ability to position size correctly.Self-doubt destroys your faith in yourself and your system.Your mindset determines your trading destiny.

      Becoming a good trader takes time and patience. When i first got into trading i was liquidated twice, and lost my entire mortgage deposit. I could have given up, but decided to learn how to trade and put it into practice. 4 years later and i am glad i made that decision.

      The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.

    Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

      The most important thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different sources of income that doesn't depend on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in various stocks, Gold, silver and digital currencies. If your financial understanding is lacking, see a financial consultant.

    It's Funny how I used to think every investor went broke during recessions, meanwhile some made millions. I also thought everybody went out of Business during the Great Depression, but some went into business. Bottom line, there's always depression for some and profit for others, it all starts from having the right mindset. That said, I've set asides part of my savings to invest for future. Unfortunately I'm a complete noob.

      Most people either do not understand the power of compound interest, or are just impatient. For the average Joe, however. I think it is just best to invest in the S&P 500, and just wait, which is reliable, albeit extremely long-lots of years. Or just use a professional analyst and speed up wealth creation. Most people underestimate the power of the latter

    • @RamonLukeman
      @RamonLukeman 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You're absolutely right about the power of compound interest and the long-term potential of investing in index funds like the S&P 500. For many, passive investing in broadly diversified funds can be a reliable strategy over time.

      BRICS seeks to create a new currency, considering gold's historical role as a store of value and medium of exchange. However, the functionality and acceptance of a gold-backed currency in the current global financial system are uncertain. The discussions and proposals surrounding BRICS nations' potential use of gold are intriguing. People choose to buy gold for various reasons, such as its historical role as a store of value and medium of exchange, its potential as a hedge against inflation or currency devaluation, and its relative scarcity compared to other commodities. Gold also offers diversification benefits to investment portfolios due to its low correlation with stocks and bond

      When some people (usually men) don’t progress in trading, they start saying things like, “Trading is a scam.”. Because their ego won’t allow them to look in the mirror and say, “Maybe the problem is me. Maybe I’m just not yet as good at trading as I think I am.”, which is one of the countless reasons why so many traders fail and I know this because I use to tell myself the same thing. Then I got rid of the notion that “I should be further along in my trading journey” and I started to progress a lot quicker until it became obvious to me that it wasn't a scam because I don’t really lose money anymore. 😂

    Amidst economic uncertainty, financial resilience is crucial. However, my pressing issue is optimizing my idle $240,000 reserve, which has been stagnant for far too long. It's a common misconception that when a stock you buy skyrockets, the smart thing to do is sell it (or at least sell some of it) to lock in your profits. But the context matters. If the stock has increased sharply because the business is performing exceptionally well, it could still be a bargain. I'm still looking for companies to make additions to my $350K portfolio, to boost performance. Here for ideas...

    With $450k to invest, what's your advice on entering the market? I'm thinking of following expert strategies instead of investing independently to avoid financial losses and stress.

      You need to create your own process, manage risk and stick to the plan, through thick or thin or you can just seek the help of a financial advisor.

      Agreed...... and that is why It's always wise to be proactive and also consider diversifying our investments to manage these risks. For me, I delegate my day-to-day investing to an advisor ever since suffering a major steep-down late 2019, amid rona-outbreak, and as of today, I'm semi-retired with barely 25% short of my $1m retirement goal after subsequent investments

      There are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Sharon Lynne Hart” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look her up.

    I'm an aspiring trader who would rather learn from other traders' experience than investing in the market myself, in anticipation of the next bull run. What are your thoughts on copy trading as well? Do individuals actually earn a living? Just trying to get some reassurance. I want to have a healthy portfolio worth at least $850,000. Reliable inputs please.

      The strategies are quite rigorous for the regular-Joe. As a matter of fact, they are mostly successfully carried out by pros who have had a great deal of skillset/knowledge to pull such trades off.

      I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $130k in passive diversified safe-haven assets, Up 358k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

      I agree that we shouldn't go in headfirst simply because the market offers chances. Because of this, we ought to seek out relevant market analysis or counsel, or else consult with qualified market strategists.

      I totally agree with you. I started out investing on my own too and lost quite a bit. After the 2020 crash, I managed to pull out about $160k. I then invested that money with an analyst, and in just seven months, I made almost $580,000. It's amazing how having the right guidance can turn things around!

    Rule No 1: Have the right "friends"

  • @goxypoxy
    @goxypoxy 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

    1. Start with a small initial investment.
    2. If the stock or crypto price begins to fall, gradually increase your investment, adding more each time.
    3. This approach helps you recover faster, as a smaller price movement upwards can bring you back into profit.
    4. Avoid investing heavily at the start-reserve the bulk of your capital for potential lower entry points.
