Nobody answered thrust attenuators! The P&W JT15Ds use thrust reversers while the Williams FJ44s use thrust attenuators to decrease landing distance by diverting idle thrust. Interesting video - answered some question I have had about the difference between the 525 and by 501SP.
@@MaxJetRev Max I was an aerobatic pilot and judge but no longer able to recieve my medical . My father was a Air Force pilot and a pilot for 31 years with UAL .Thank you for asking , and your making wonderful informative VLOG's .
Great review, Great English, Max !!! 19:12 Can figure 0.6 for VRef and 0.7 for V2 at AOA indicator be used on other more big Citatons (Like Citation X, CJ4, Citation XL/XLS) as reference or it is applicable just for small CJ series 500/525/M2 ? Thank you in advance for the reply.
It can be used in any plane that has direct or indirect (in form of a green donut on airspeed tape) indication of AOA. AOA gives instant indication of stall margin, which allows for precise flying, where as airspeed lags.
