    I just wanted to let you know that your videos have been very helpful for me. Since I had surgery on my eye in 2020 I decided to drop out of the rat race of full-time work and now I am on social security. But since I had more time I began to exercise regularly. I starting out slow and then gradually increased my workload. But instead of working harder I wanted to work smarter. Watching your workout videos I became involved in high intensity interval training. For example when I'm not able to get out on the ice and play I put my roller blades on and go to the local rink and I just skate around just to warm up. I will skate around the rink as hard as I can five times I rest skate around the again as hard as I can another five times and rest and do those in interval and then I get my half hour 45 minutes I'm done. When I walk my dog I go to the Frisbee golf course instead of walking up the hills I run up the hills as hard as I can. Then we go to the pavilion and I will do some hard sprints and do some power jumps on the picnic bench. I've been doing this for 15 months now on a regular basis and to say the least many of the guys are amazed that I'm able to keep up and Excel. I forgot to mention that I'm 63 years old. My goal in all of this is not to be better than the next guy but rather to be the very best I can be and reach my potential. I recently went to a visit to the cardiologist and he told me that my heart was very strong and to keep on doing whatever it is that I am doing. My only regret is I wish I had known how to take care of my body when I was younger but I am enjoying better health and I feel better than I have in my entire life. I feel strong have a better mental Outlook I look forward to every day and I even help people in my part-time job in the healthcare, men who are experiencing difficulties, taking them out for barbecues maybe to a movie walk in the park and encouraging them to exercise.
