I tried to adjust the speed potentiometer left and right but it did not lower the speed. Is there anything else I can do to?

Mine still isn’t working. I had my treadmill 30 days. I can hear it but it doesn’t move. The incline works sometimes.

What about my screen. Screen is stock just showing ifit sign spinning bit won't go past that . Please help

It went into the calibration mode but turning the screw didn’t change the top speed. It supposed to only go to 10 but it goes to 16

Sounds like yours is a metric treadmill. 16km is 10 miles
