      And also if you have time to do all of them of this routine you get more benefit...

    My balance is very off because I'm flat footed...but I found your videos 2 weeks ago...do em every night before going to bed. I have lost 11 pounds...I think it has to do with all the breathing and movements. I'm a weightlifter, so all this is very new to me. I injured my wrist after a fall before a competition...and needed something to do that was gentle enough.
    I am very grateful I found you.

    today is my first day trying this, I almost couldn't finish everything because i'm so weak and sedentary but I feel so much more energized after taking a shower and resting a few minutes. Will be back tomorrow and hopefully I'll be able to do it everyday, thanks for the amazing content

      I fell into bed real early so tired 😴 just goes to show how unfit I am. But so good to know that moving all these energy systems within the body how it works and makes us really think, come on let’s get flowing. Definitely must make the efforts to practice more. 🙏🌸💚

    I came here to practice this after doing the Integral Tai Chi Part 1 and 2 live streams with you from the past two weeks. I wanted to try them all together, and it was very challenging! Some movements are easier than others, and some needed more coordination, balance and focus from me. I hope to try them all again sometime, and practice others often (I love doing the Dragon). Thank you for sharing this practice!
