    Dear Friends, for Those of you have been practiced with 8 Movement Shaoling Qigong Baduanjin 15 or 20 minute routine for a while, Now is the time you may extand your time of practice longer... 30 minute routine is good for you.

    I am over 70 years young and I have been exercising weekly for the last 1 year on consistent basis. For me the health benefits overall have been fantastic along with the breathing technics. I am thankful for your teaching and instruction. Wonderful, wonderful and wonderful.

    This is going to be my daily routine watch and learn session. Love the silence mode. It surprisingly soothing and peaceful . I love this Chanel and it’s content. I have a feeling that I’ll be content and healthy as I keep watching this Chanel and learn from the master’s teaching! 😊 Thank you!

    I practiced Ba Duan Jin for a few years. This way of practice is the one I prefer. It's on Feb 20Th. My birthday and this is a big present from Shifu. Tks so much!!!

    Thank you so much!! This is instant happiness. So many happy chemicals feeling elated whenever i do these Qi Gong videos. Been in pain with Sciatic nerve so decided to stop yoga for a while and do these Qi Gong for gentle healing approach, but so much going on can feel the strengthening happening too. Love it
