    I'd like to report that this appears to be working. I haven't yet been in a situation of extreme stress, which is usually when my stammering gets the worst. Such as public speaking, presentations, interviews, even trying to make myself heard in a large group discussion among a lot of strangers, or a situation where I'm extremely angry. But this audio seems to be working for daily regular situations, my stammering has gone down markedly. Have been listening for 5 days or so, at night. And yes, I always fall asleep either in the middle or at the end. It ends up being a very deep and restful sleep, and I feel rejuvenated when I awake. Thank you, Anthony.

    Don't fight with stutter, don't hold back, don't repress, don't hide stutter. Do not label it bad, do not try to speak fluent, ,do not control it but accept expressing stutter, give stutter it's total freedom,then transformation happened own its own, accepting whatever negative inside you, transformation happen,
    Root cause of sluttering is repression, and we repress because we have fear of judgement of people, what will people think if I express it, so instead of expression we repress it ,that causes sluttering
    "Acceptance is the alchemical process of transforming everything, in accepting your ugliness beauty arises, accept and ugliness disappear,grace arises, accept and sin is transformed into saintliness, accept and madness is no longer madness, let it happen and accept it, ". said by Osho
    He said"By hiding your misery you are not going to get out of it,you will create more misery,the first thing is to encounter it, if you are miserable then be miserable,just be yourself,never pretend to be somebody else,face it, go deep into it,take it out,uproot it from the unconscious and bring it to the conscious. Bring your whole mind to light and you will see all that is miserable ,start dying.."
    You must go into the situation ,that you scared of , set yourself daily goal ,i will go into that scary situation and i will stutter, i will feel whatever emotion , tension comes from my body, i will accept it, i will not resist it, i will not hide it from anybody,i will be vulnerable, i will be courageous , i will show other people whatever negative feelings, emotion come from my body
    You should not listen to people's opinions . You should not live on the basis of people's opinions but rather live on the basis of your own will power,. .Listen to your heart , listen to your will power not to people..
    People are judging by reading single page of book, they didn't read whole book, people had not seen your entire life or entire past... They are judging on the basis of single moment that you talked to them , how can people be right....
    Now for practising 'not caring other judgement' you can do one method
    This method is called 'law of otherwise'..
    The law is ' Never do anything as others do it- never do any work as others do it,always try to do it differently , always do things differently from others, For example you can go into a crowd place and walk with both hands up . It brings tremendous result, people will laugh at you, people will call you mad ,sooner or later you no longer worried about what other people say

    Sir please help me out how can I make my conscious mind not interfere in accepting these suggestions by subconscious mind..

    • @AntonyReed
      @AntonyReed  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello Vishal. I'm happy you reached out to me. It is important to know that hypnosis does not require perfection. It requires strong intent and the willingness to let go and follow instructions.
      Those lines you mention are not perfectly worded, but they are true enough. The part saying "If you stutter, it means nothing... All people do that." It means all people (generally) slip up words or stammer from time to time; which IS true. Take it to mean this and you will be able to let go and accept this fact.
      As well, the other line about people stuttering if they hear someone stuttering... this happens subtly, but it does happen often. Of course, it doesn't happen in the same way or to the same degree as someone with a severe stutter or stammer, but as soon as someone who more easily succumbs to suggestion hears stuttering, they self-consciously listen to hear if they are doing it, which sometimes causes a subconscious reaction.
      Rarely if ever is stuttering or stammering a physical problem. It is a mental block we don't realize we have created by worrying about how we are presenting ourselves to others, then our fears manifest and make it real.
      Have you ever seen the movie The Matrix? If so, do you remember the boy who was telling Neo "There is no spoon."? This is true of stuttering. If you fight the stutter, you make it real. It is there because you fear it. If you switch your focus from worrying about stuttering, to remembering every word someone is saying to you, or focusing on the other person (listening), then it can't manifest.
      I do hope this was helpful.

    Hi Mr. Reed,
    I've been trying out this hypnosis video, along with your daytime version, for a few weeks now. I have been listening to them "on and off," and I almost never go longer than a week without missing a day. I also almost never do the daytime version, but that's besides the point.
    I am wondering how to "shut off" my conscious thoughts while listening to the hypnosis. I find that when I am listening to the relaxation portion, I struggle to listen to what you are saying to me, and that in turn makes it harder for me to relax. That failed relaxation portion then triggers a domino effect that makes it harder for me to focus during your stuttering portion.
    With that said, I have a few questions for you:
    1. How can I reduce my conscious thoughts during the relaxation segment?
    2. Does listening to the recording (e.g. 5/7 times per week) differ significantly from the results of 7/7 times per week?
    3. When entering the stuttering segment, is it normal to still have conscious thoughts?
    4. If not, how can I eliminate or at least reduce these thoughts once I'm fully relaxed?
    Thank you in advance if you see my comment. I have been struggling with a stutter from fourth grade until this year (freshman in high school,) and in the past few months, my stutter has been especially out of control. With all the group presentations and collaborative projects going on at my high school, I have been struggling.
    Finally, I also have read that new neurological stems take 90 days to form, which differs from your 21-day suggestion. Should I listen to this for 90 days, or only three weeks? Maybe I should listen to it for three weeks, take a one week break, and repeat?

    • @AntonyReed
      @AntonyReed  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hello Aaron...
      Thanks for letting me know. So... One of the main reasons folks have issues getting into hypnosis is that they are 'trying' to get into hypnosis. If you're 'trying' to open a door, does it mean you're opening the door? No. It means you were not opening the door. If you hire a guide to lead you through a jungle, but rather than paying attention to the guide and letting go of your need to feel in control, you're concentrating on your own thoughts and thinking on whether your feet are stepping properly, or whether you're heading in the right direction, you'll more than likely get lost.
      The hypnotist is your guide. Your need to feel in control and to always be taking mental notes on how it's going every moment is 100% counterproductive. Like meditation, you need to get out of your own way. Let go.
      Now, if an analytically-minded client is informed that what they are doing is actually not helping, but is getting in the way, most will get it and ease up on this desire to control and find a way to let go. This is what you need to do.
      In fact, a major part of the problem causing most stuttering is not letting go. I know this from my own experience. The more you stop worrying internally about stuttering in front of someone and instead, turn your attention to truly listening to the person you're speaking with, you'll find you stutter less, or stop altogether.
      I hadn't heard about needing 90 days to develop new neural connections, but by all means, if you want to try it for safe measure, go for it.
      You've got this, Aaron. If you find yourself getting stressed about it, take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to relax and let go.

      Hi Mystique. Any volume that's comfortable for you will work fine. And yes, it's perfectly fine to fall asleep in the middle of these, so no worries there.
      What's sufficient is going to differ for pretty much everyone, but once per day/night is great. ☺️

    • @AntonyReed
      @AntonyReed  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes, when you fall asleep you go through different types of sleep. Theta and Delta.
      When you are in theta, your subconscious mind is super active and can definitely pick up suggestions.
      Delta sleep is your deep sleep. This is when your brain doesn't let in any suggestion at all, but our brains flip back and forth between these states multiple times through the night.

    • @AntonyReed
      @AntonyReed  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@shuhaib2332 only 4 years old? This is great news. Most young children grow out of it in time, especially when the family is supportive and understands why it is happening, and can provide a stress-free environment. I myself had a bad stutter when I was a child, up to 3rd grade.
      The more self-conscious you are with your stammer, the worse the problem becomes.
      To help a child, help them relax, breathe deeply, and give them all the time they need. If you pressure them to hurry or to "get it out"... this will make it worse.
      Also, since all children under 7 are already in a highly suggestible state, much like hypnosis, give them gentle suggestions while they are sleeping. Tell them that they find speaking and getting their words out to be easier and easier and tell them how talking now makes them feel relaxed and calm. Tell them how they now enjoy talking and find it fun.
      Make sure you keep it toward the positive and not focused on the negative. For example. "Talking is fun for you" is the right way... but "Talking is not scary for you anymore" is the wrong way.
      This sleep hypnosis method is great for kids.

      That will depend on how your subconscious mind processes it. The more often you listen, however, the more time your brain has to lay down new neural pathways and connections to make this a habit of thought.
