    Hey can you make a video on stuttering with vizualization in it? Like seeing yourself walking towards a stage and speaking fluently while everyone listens intently and stuff like that? It'll be a great help

    I'm a covert stammerer. I'm always tense, I'm not able to let the stammer out, I'm constantly anticipating difficulty in speech ... can never relax. Is there a type of hypnosis that could address this constantly blocking, anticipating of difficulty in speech? I tried this particular hypnosis by you several times but I'm still not able to "let go of the need to hold back words" because I'm constantly anticipating difficulty or blocks in speech". I even developed a psychosomatic disorder because of this problem. Can you help? Thanks!

      Thank you Karim. I am a former stutterer and I know what it's like to fight so hard to get the words out... Like trying to push through a barrier. So exhausting and embarrassing. I'm happy to help.
      I may do more on this in the future, for sure.

      @@AntonyReed Uh I'm also looking Forward to more Videos concerning Stutter. Was Hypnosis all You have done to get rid of it?

    • @AntonyReed
      @AntonyReed  5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      My own issues with stuttering went away when I stopped being self-conscious about it and relaxed. I had to train my mind to let go. I realized I had no problems when I was feeling good and talking to myself (I did this a lot). So it was my own anxiety about my stutter and how I worried about others thinking of me that caused it. It took a long time, but that's why I created this.
      Hypnosis can break through our mental boundaries and directly work on the programming we've created from fear and self-consciousness.
      So once you learn to let go of your fear what others think and give up trying to control it... Then relax your jaw and tongue and don't force anything... It's a habit. Hypnosis helps in all of this.

      You may want to check out my sleep version, @DXB cars . That version also adds suggestion on gaining confidence.
      There isn't a specific timetable on how long it takes. Everyone responds differently and for some, it only takes one or two sessions.
      There are some other factors to keep in mind, however. Diet plays a big role. Eating cleaner clears the mind and softens the self-consciousness that makes us obsess on how we are coming across to others. Food allergies can cause anxiety, so that's something to keep in mind.
      Also, a great tip that helps when having conversations is to put all your concentration into intently listening to the other person. You'd be amazed at how effective this is.
      Here's the sleep version I mentioned. I do plan on making a new sleep version where the hypnosis portion is followed by overnight affirmations while you sleep. th-cam.com/video/j9Q_CtC6jzY/w-d-xo.html

      Excellent question. This should be fine. If you can understand the overall meaning, your subconscious can follow just fine. In fact, it is probably better and faster at understanding than you are normally. Anyhow, you'll never know if you don't try. Right?Go for it, Smasher. You'll do fine! 👍

    Almost three weeks later I´m really getting better in speaking fluently. But I still wanted to ask you, what you have done in your everyday life to stop stuttering. I try to focus on your words, but that sometimes leads to a paradox! In fact, I focus on trying "not to focus on how to say it", but by this, I interrupt my thoughts and I start stuttering again... :/ Would be great if you could give me some tipps! Best regards and thanks once again!

    • @AntonyReed
      @AntonyReed  5 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      Truly, the major thing I did was to stop trying to control it. I would breath deeply and go nearly limp with relaxation if I had to. Anything to let go of tension.
      The major psychological change was to stop trying to control it. I understand the paradox. That is an indicator of trying too hard. The trick is to stop caring about it. It does take practice. These recordings are practice in a way, but releasing the worry... There's the problem in a single word.
      Your main goal in conversation is not to focus on your words, but their words. To be self-conscious of a problem is to give it power.
      On another aspect, it doesn't hurt to eliminate or greatly reduced sugar consumption.
      I hope this is helpful. No focus, no control. Breath and relax and stand up straight with your shoulders back.
      This is just what I did. It didn't happen overnight, but it happens gradually. I didn't realize I had stopped at first, because I was no longer focusing on trying to control it.

    • @SmasherOffiziell
      @SmasherOffiziell 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@AntonyReed Thanks alot, really! Can you explain me Why I should reduce The consumption of sugar?

    • @AntonyReed
      @AntonyReed  5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Sure thing, Smasher. Sugar increases negative psychological issues, such as depression, anxiety, etc. It's generally no good for your body and mind. Basically, it raises negative emotional states. It's no good for health in general as well, which also effects mood.

    I started listening to this about a week ago, and I started feeling anxious physically (not mentally) today. Is that normal?

    • @AntonyReed
      @AntonyReed  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm not sure why this would have to do with it. We are connection-making animals, so it's very likely just a correlation. Has your diet changed? Mold exposure? Something else perhaps?

    • @JujuBratuski
      @JujuBratuski 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Antony Reed - Hypnosis & Affirmations thank you for your fast response. My diet has changed significantly. I’m eating more protein and minimal carbs. I do this session 3 times a day, and as far as exposure, what do you mean?

    • @AntonyReed
      @AntonyReed  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Oh, I was asking about exposure to mold and fungus.
      I do know that going high protein and low carbs can definitely do it. I've gone carnivore for the last 1-2 years and had issues at the beginning with anxiety. My protein was too high because my fat intake was too low. If fat is too low, the body tries to use protein as fuel and it creates a ton of toxic byproducts which can cause anxiety.
      Maybe think about upping fats. It will automatically drop your protein intake and coax your body to burn fat instead. 🙂

    Dear Sir,
    Going through the audio other thoughts come to my mind.. But i keep calm and complete my session.. sometimes in between my mind gets diverted to other daily activities which i did the present day and then i have to pull back my mind to hear your voice
    Pls help how to resolve this or is it ok to continue the same way as practicing might improve my session in coming days?

    • @AntonyReed
      @AntonyReed  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No need for concern. Actually, if you're trying hard to concentrate on what's being said, it will be counterproductive. If your mind wanders, that's ok. I'm not trying to speak to your conscious mind. Just relax and "check-out".
