That all depends on which country you are living in. I can confirm that for the Canadian market, the 2019 Nissan Altima comes with heated seats standard.
Actually, the 2020 model did not come with the SR version in Canada. Im not sure about the other markets in the world. The 2021 does have the SR version though. :)

Are all sold in US All Wheel Drive or does it say it on the back?
I believe there are both FWD and AWD in the USA. In Canada they are all AWD, and it should say it on the back.

The Altima came standard with the AWD for the Canadian market since 2019.
What about the SL
The SL was replaced by the Platinum badging for the Canadian Market.
