I just brought a 2022 Nissan Altima S but it doesn’t have that larger screen in the middle it has a smaller one! But yes it has the push button start and factory remote start
Hi Gregg, in Canada the S Altima does have heated seats. Where models can change from country to country, And if you are outside of Canada, you may not have heated seats in the S model. Please refer to the brochure for your country. If it states it is supposed to have it, then please contact your dealership. Hope this helps. As a side note, they can be added in afterwards by third party companies.
Traction control is on automatically. The bottom to turn it off is typically located down near the left knees with the other buttons. It will look like a car with some squiggly lines and the word off
The S does not have navigation but does have Apple Car Play and Android Auto. I’m not sure what you mean by lane change alerts. It has blind spot indicators. They light up when a vehicle is in your blind spot. If you signal while they’re lit up, for example, if your left side Blindspot indicator is on and your signal to go left, the indicator will start to flash and it will beep inside the vehicle. There is also Lane departure warning. What this does is if you start to drift out of your lane without your signal indicators on, the steering wheel will vibrate and there will be a little bit of a tone from us in the process to let you know that you’re drifting out of your lane. I’m not sure if either of those answers your question but if not please give me a little more detail and I will do the best that I can’t answer it.

Why does this model have 200 on the dash and others have 140?
Where are you seeing these numbers? I’m not sure what you are referring to.
The car says 200 mph as top speed while other models I’ve seen say 140
504Kidd this is a Canadian model. The dash says 240km/h or if you look at the smaller numbers, it’s 140mph
