So I came back to this video after it was out for a while because I wanted to give feedback on this GPU. I bought it after watching this video from eBay just like Zach said for just slightly over 150$. Why did I buy this gpu? Well because my pc build that I just put together is a ryzen 3 2200g APU with Vega 8 integrated graphics. I went with this APU because of the shortages of gpu clearly and I just wanted to get my foot in the door with PC gaming coming from console and MOSTLY play Valheim! Haha 😂 so with just the integrated graphics And no actual gpu what so ever I was able to play Valheim at a whopping 20 FPS. With dips into the teens. The best I have seen it run is mayyybe at 30 FPS when I’m standing still in an area where there’s not a lot going on. To me since I’m an old school gamer it was....playable. To an extent. I mean it wasn’t great and ran like a potato but I did put in some hours and actually enjoyed my experience once I got over how crappy it looked. Now just yesterday. I had fedex deliver the dell Quadro M2000 and I slapped that sucker in, it automatically found the correct drivers and downloaded it. HOLY CRAP! The game runs at a SMOOTH 50-60 fps even with a lot of foliage and stuff around me. It’s like a whole new experience and pc. I had to come back to this video and comment, cause I know those budget pc builders like me are watching this and if you’re wondering if this paired with a a low end cpu/APU you will see a difference in performance

Oh this is nothing. Quadros are basically geforces, with more vram. Some of them even have the same PCB as their geforce counterparts. The real cool things are the people who game on Nvidia TESLAs, which are basically server cards, with no gpu output.
No, in most of the games you can see in the top left "Quadro M2000", however I think he used some leftover footage for some of the games that he already had for the 750ti
if you didnt know about this in fortnite, you can change a setting called performance mode which basically makes everything have less detail but you get a great jump in fps
the Quadro M2000 is effectively a GTX 950 with more VRAM. but the Quadro drivers can make some titles a pain since they're not optimized even in the slightest for games.
I was not a gamer but rather a game artist. I built my PC in early 2017 with this graphic card. Later I quit the job for good. But the PC is still running today.
@@DeuteriumGames i have a lenovo thinkpad p50 with a xeon and quadro m2000m. 64gb gddr4 and 250gb ssd. Runs games well at about 48fps at medium settings with 60fps framerate lock. Mainly play destiny 2 but ran cod warzone, gta online, the sims 4 and assassins creed origins.
These are the exact same dye as the GTX 950. You can buy those for cheaper, they have better cooling and driver support. You can, however, BIOS mod Quadro M2000 cards and achieve pretty decent overclocks that you might not get with MSI Afterburner's range. Then you really need to make sure it stays cool though.
Have one in my home workstation. Got a great deal on it years ago when the winning bidder backed out of an eBay auction. I was (by a lot) the second highest bid, so it defaulted to me. Really like it, and I do occasionally test games on it. Especially since the boy claimed my gaming PC as his own.
I actually think the T600 and T1000 are more impressive than the top of the line. Its really good hardware at such a low wattage... Throw it into a small form factor pc and you've got a really impressive build. I know it isn't really a big powerhouse but my standards for a pc have always been If it is at least somewhat similar to what was top of the line 3 - 5 years ago its a pritty good gaming rig. I know the 1080 and 1080 ti are still very powerful but for the graphics card a "normal" gamer had 5 years back compared to the new small gpu's today... its pritty impressive. The options you have to build a portable gaming rig that is pritty much a power house at such a low wattage... You could even revive old Laptops with a decent cpu, either use the gpu externally or take the motherboard out and build a small pc with an integrated ups... the options are almost unlimited.
Not gonna lie, going with new 11th gen intel integrated graphics is worth it. If you buy an i5 11500 with the better integrated graphics than the i5 11400, you can pretty much average 90+ FPS on most esport titles. Also, they are genuinely good cpus for gaming when gpus are back in stock. The way I see it, you are paying 180$ for the cpu and an extra 30-40$ for an extra gpu that works pretty well.
Thanks for this. I've been curious even before the current shortage what Quadro and Fire Pro cards could be worth looking into to save a buck but can actually out perform integrated graphics. I recently picked up a rare unique card, an AMD E9173. It's a mini blower style card that seems to perform like a lower powered RX 550, and it has overclockef well.
Gaming on a dual xeon 10 core with p5000 not optimal but it works :) but the workstation was built more for use with Adobe products, Lightwave 3D and such, just can't afford or have room for a gaming rig to.
Been looking for a GPU to play some lighter titles but also handle some more 3D Loads. Was initially hoping for the 1650S to exist again, but my luck is running dry...Might consider dropping this thing in my System just to have a solid Workstation/Emulation + Light Gaming machine. BTW, if we are looking at Workstation Cards, the Radeon Pro Series has some pretty nice options, plus that very sophisticated blue finish to boot. They performed surprisingly well on games on release and also make pretty alright workstation cards, although CUDA play way nicer with programs than whatever AMD has if you are looking for a hybrid build like I am.
Quadro T400 / T600 / T1000 are also good buys, depending on your budget. T400 is a tiny bit slower than the M2000, while the T600 is almost twice as fast. T1000 is somewhat sower than the GTX 1650, they have the same number of shaders (896) but the T1000 clock is lower and boosts lower (ofc also has a lower TDP as well).
This card runs most games pretty well but if you try to run Dayz and join a server with more then 20 mods you will average around 25-30 fps depending on your game settings, But that might just be a issue on my part cause i only currently have 8gb of ram and its an i3.

Higher settings but i dont care about super graphics. I also run a laptop cooler and it keeps the fans quiet under load.
