Hd 7950/r9 280 been sitting a little over $100 and still have at least 3gb of vram should work well still for esports 1080p gaming as its pretty equivalent to a 1050 ti.
I'm so glad I bought a 3400g for my kids computer when it released. Those Vega 11 graphics do about the same as the 750ti but without any VRAM issues or driver derps

I moded an old 775copper core CPU cooler on it with just one of the Asus fan's. This card is really cold under heavy load. I flashed a tweaked BIOS, with 70W power limit instead of the 35W stock. A vmod in the BIOS gives it 1,3V and with that the core is stable up to 1489MHz. My model is equipped with Nanya GDDR5 so only able to clock up to 3000MHz. I can recommend the card, but I payed 100€ back in 2013 or 2014?! My ghetto modded R9 290 cost me only 30€ with shipping back in 2019.
Been trying to get a decent 2gb card for a build I'm making as a gift. Biggest issue I've been facing is shipping costs and I have to pay taxes on eBay purchases in my state. Plenty of great 2gb card options I could get around the $83 price, but most carry a $15-$20+ shipping cost. Compare this to the used GTX 1060 6gb I purchased off eBay this time last year for $130 after tax and shipping. Could sell the card for double that today. The market is insane right now.
gtx 750ti is still a beast even in 2021 and i still use it right now. mine version is asus strix, and without 6pin it's still can handle esport games like valorant and apex legends pretty well. and the craziest thing is, it also can runs triple A games like Resident evil 2/3 remake with no problem. well even though there's some stuttering in the most demanding scenes, but overall, it runs just fine. Hats off to gtx 750 ti i will never sell it to anyone when i replacing it with rx 580/gtx 1660super
I still use an RX 570 8GB which I bought brand new back in 2019 and so far it hasn't failed me on my build which is currently a R5 3600 on a B450 Tomahawk with 32GB of 3Ghz RAM, originally started out with a 2400G and 16GB of RAM and got the GPU when the game I wanted to play required a GPU, Cities Skylines doesn't run on internal graphics unfortunately.
Quick December 2021 Update, the GTX 750 TI have gone up to 130$, while the GTX 660 TI is now around 90 to 80$. Also the GTX 660 TI outperform the GTX 750 TI by 52 percent, but it got high power consumption.
I have a Asus RX 470 mining edition. And for me right now, as a budget gamer, it's perfect, for sometimes ultra, mostly high, and a bit less than mostly, Medium.
Right now at around 75$ options in my country: One can get ar used market GTX 760 2GB, RX 560 2GB and GTX 750ti 2GB. If disregarding the power draw, would go for GTX 760.
OH hell yeah now I know I can sell mine for like $100! I had it lying around and before the price increases it was worth like $50 so I didn't really consider getting rid of it.
If you have a weak power supply, an Nvidia card like a 750ti is your best bet even if it costs a bit more. If you have a capable power supply I think an AMD card of the HD7870 or HD7970 series would be your best bet. Those AMD cards were renamed several times, and not everyone knows they are all essentially the same card, so it's possible to find good deals if you look around. The thing is they are power hungry so they would not be worth it if you had to buy a power supply too.
@Chiwawaeye Gaming no not necessarily. The 650, 650 ti, 750, 750 ti, 950, 960, gt 1030, rx 550, hd series. Btw the gt 1030 I find that it can play most games at 1080p 60fps comfortably. I own it
And I thought second-hand pricing here in the Philippines was horrible. I was supposed to get an R9 380 4GB for $80 but ran out of stock 😂. Got a GTX 760 2GB instead for $63, decent enough considering I went from an HD 6570. I game at 720p anyway so still a good deal.
Well on Aliexpress gtx 750 ti is like £100 to £150 due to it being popular but more powerful and newer GTX 960 is only £100 which is more worth it and will last a bit longer.
I love your channel man, the only people that should buy this gpu is if you need a video output. Nobody should use this to play for games unless its like roblox, csgo, or valorant. This is a terrible gpu, but whatev, its $83 what can u expect
The 2200g or 3200g? In either case if you overclock the Vega 8 man it's not that far from the 750 Ti :D. It reaches 750/650 Ti levels. And with a Vega 11 igpu you get 750 Ti ALMOST like performance, if you use fast ram and overclock

I snagged a 750ti MSI low profile for free and I put it into a Dell Optiplex not my PC though it's my for cousin. But I tested one DX11 game (Cuphead) it didn't lag or anything I know it's a low end title but he's not really into anything super graphics intensive. I know it can play other games too GTA 5, fortnite, and all that stuff. I'm a little luckier with my i5 4690k and 24 gigs of DDR3 paired with my GTX 970. I'm sitting pretty well tbh
You can find R9 270x and R9 280x around 40$, they are much better than a 750ti. For 80$ you can buy a R9 3th series card or even an rx 460. And with a little more money a rx 470, 560.
I’m using a Radeon rx 570 8gb it plays well on games with safe settings I play Cold War at 80 plus FPS definitely recommend it if you can get it for less than 150$
GPUs are so expensive now... a year ago right before this pandemic you could of bought a evga gtx 1660 for $235 now it’s almost in the thousands... smh
woahhh, $83?! for a 750 ti?? must really be bad for your guys over there. it's pretty common for us to find at least the cheaper cards at an uninflated price. 750 ti's typically go for about $60 here in the philippines, except 2060 supers go for $500 haha.

Check out R9 280. You can usually find them around $140 and still able to do some decent 1080p low gaming.
