Awesome videos! Glad I found you on here putting out cool baseball card content. Let's stay connected. Also, check out my vintage cards and videos on my page.
@@BaseballCardJunkiesTV I appreciate the reply however in this case the 82 extended that is the first topps solo card of Ripken jr. is not an XRC due to the fact the 82 extended is produced post the regular 82 topps set which Ripken jr appears on the prospect card that is his actual RC. This is a big distinction from other prominent players like Bonds, Bo Jackson, Will Clark that appear in 1986 traded sets before the 1987 RC. The 82 extended card is a great card but cannot be discussed as a rookie card.
@@jonathanadamietz6508 ... it is possible to have more than one 1 rookie card. Not sure where you are coming from. From PSA themselves: "This is the most desirable rookie card of baseball's Iron Man." Regardless, the 82 Traded version is where the $$ is at.
@@HereForAStorm No you cannot have more then one RC. A rookie card(s) by definition is the first appearance of a player on a card in a national release. Once multiple companies came along like Fleer and Donruss from the time period. Yes a player started to have multiple RC but always it was in the same production year. As some companies started to release a player before others the "first" designation came along. Example being Glenn Davis in the 1985 fleer being a RC and his 1986 topps being a first topps card (FTC). In this case Ripken appears in the regular 1982 topps set. That is his RC. Topps then release an extended set which he appears solo. The extended is not a RC nor an XRC since it post dates the regular 1982 topps regular issue. Price is determined by supply and demand. So by saying people are willing to pay more for the extended it does not change the definition of being a RC. So if PSA is saying this is a RC they are incorrect as well.

I have Rickey Henderson rookie card
dont forget the Rusty Kuntz or Sixto Lezcano!
Good list minus roid players
All the players took roids in the 80's and 90's. Prior to that the players where on greenies so PED's are nothing unique to todays players.
Ripken has an actual 1982 topps RC. The extended is not a RC
That is correct the 82 Traded is an XRC

Bo Jackson great at football ( running back ) an above-average ball player at best.... Google search stats don't lie!!!!
His career was cut short.
BaseballCardJunkiesTV and so was Tony Conigliaro's!!!!!
Sandburg. rookie mint way under priced
You know that Henderson card is worth $30,000? How the hell do you have all these rare cards and do you make a living at this?
Perhaps the Henderson in a PSA 10 could fetch 30K but an 8 is closer to $50 to $80
Why are these worthless pieces of cardboard worth so much $$$
lol I can find those 84 fleer update Puckett and Clemens rookies anywhere. there not hard to find
