The Mazda CX-30 turbos are having an excessive oil consumption issue that Mazda is well aware of but have not come up with a fix as of May 2022.
So dont 99% of all subarus

I own a CX-30 Turbo Premium. It's a great car until you are on any kind of rough or bumpy road. just AWFUL!
I like though that you have the option to get a lower octane gas.

Mazda never stops to surprise
Great Review Chris. The thing that messes up the exterior for me is all that thick black plastic cladding.
Mazda now offers a monochromatic option on the 2022/2023 CX-5. If it comes to the CX-30 that would be a true godsend. That cladding makes this look like a base model in all trims!

@@nachomandetailingservices1057 So you are saying that EV's are all the same? I'm not a Tesla fan, but try one of those plaid models. It will tear your face off and eject your stomach. Take a look around at what's already available. Maybe the EV Porsche or the Audi EV's? They are currently working on an EV C8 Corvette, just to name a few. Lt's of other exciting EVs coming to market, as well. You strike me as possibly a pickup truck guy. They are lined up fr release, as well. I've never owned an EV and am too old to start now, but they are certainly the future. Electric motorcycles are with more to come. Prices will drop and mileage will increase.

It’s all politics why EVs are picking up steam. In reality, the carbon footprint to produce an EV is five to ten time more than a vehicle with an ICE. On top of that vehicles with Internal Combustion Engines are getting way more fuel efficient to this day. It’s gonna be a battle between EVs and ICEs for a while.
Mazda has the MX-30 EV supposedly hitting the market soon, R. Brown. But besides some teasers, that's all we know. Thanks for watching!
I have this car in soul red, a very beautiful car inside and out. Love the stiffness of the wheel as it makes the car feel very planted on the road.
