You can't go by a timeline. You need to study these Check Out calls and really understand what it is that you are doing before trying to execute any documents. If you are looking for a quick fix this is not the channel. You can't cherry pick any of the information. You apply what is given as you handle your affairs while working on getting out of the system. I still continue to see outlandish paperwork from people and other groups.
@@muchlightandlove4312 Don't even bothher looking for groups. 90 percent of whoever is trying to teach do nothing, but blow hot air. I ust came across an email about a 1099-OID that was just totally incorrect. Deep down inside I know many people have recieved penalties or have gotten themselves in a jam that they are still working on. A group DOES NOT make you learn. It is the brain that worls ono repetition and half of your remedy is reading in which 70 percent of people don't do.

Returning the card won't remove you from their system. It needs to be in writing that you are no longer in their system.

Its a false registry… The acroynm Civil or civis means Wills of the Dead and thats why courts put you in Probate Court because they registered you as dead and lost a sea..: look at the transaction and not the contracts or forms they put in front of you..

@@RobotsPatriotsI called all the US Trustee and US attorney office with no response. The Clerk of Court did call back and say I had no case and sent my paperwork back. Not one of them heard of a B20A form. I filed judicial complaints on both the US Trustee and US Attorney. I also sent a letter and documents to the Attorney General’s office in the state I live in as well as my birth state. What would you recommend doing next? Thank you Sir

These have to be set up this way and done the right way. We do not use the Estate EIN to open up any accounts or the 98 or 99 number. We get the Estate EIN to declare our fictional person dead. The 98 or 99 number is used as a passthrough account or holding account. You transfer your assets to your Estate. We also use the 98 or 99 number against the IRS when we are doing a draw against the account.
The Individual Banker Private Bank (Estate & Trust) EIN we use in place of the social security number on any new contract. Why so that we cannot be taxed as the number is set up non profit. We also use the Individual Banker (Private Bank Estate & Trust) as the fiduciary over the Estate and the Foreign Grantor Trust.
