Very nice video. Which month did you go for the fall color? The Washington side is nice too. Was that the same season as you visited Oregon side?
Thanks so much! We filmed the fall color on the Oregon side at the very end of October. The clips from the WA side are from different seasons. Hamilton Mountain & Beacon Rock are from very early March, Coyote Wall mid-April. Our footage from Dog Mountain is from late June, but the flowers are usually even better if you go earlier in June or in May. I think our Cape Horn footage is from July.
How are the falls in the summer? Im going next week, I’m hoping the water stream is strong!
The falls are lighter in summer, but I think next week will be great! We have still been getting intermittent rain. Lowest flow will be late summer (~Sept).
