Those are sharp. They really stand out compared to a lot of the stuff in the market. Also one of the first set of items that I’m impressed with the stock cable. Will definitely keep these on my radar👍🏻
Fresh, I'm looking to buy a pair of the Arete's for the Linsoul black Friday sale and wanted to ask a question about them. How do they perform in Rainbow Six Siege? I play mostly COD and R6 and for the price of the arete I feel comfortable buying them and knowing I'm getting my money's worth.
Would a 560s with an amp or just a 900 pro x (with a possible amp purchase in the future) be better for gaming? I mostly play (around 90%) R6. Thanks for the In depth review like always 👍
Hey, I’m looking for advice and was hoping you could help me choose the best gaming headphones. Out of these options, which would you recommend? 1 Beyerdynamic DT 900 PRO X 2 Sennheiser HD 560S 3 Beyerdynamic MMX 330 PRO 4 ASTRO A50x (I used the ASTRO A40 TR not knowing much for 6 years and loved them, but they broke recently.) 5 Beyerdynamic TYGR 300 R My budget is $350, and I’m open to other recommendations. Thanks in advance! 🙏
I wish more IEM makers ditched the waifu boxes like these ones. Theses IEMs aren't quite my thing design wise tho.A I was wondering if u were planning on testing any of Meze's IEMs, the always rate quite highly amongst audiophiles but for gaming I haven't heard much on em.
Meze have like 1 IEM. Alba, the "successor" of Advar for 1/3 of the price aka "didn't sell well because ChiFi so we rebrand it at reasonable price instead of being stupidly greedy".
I wonder if there is any other items in a white colorway like this. So far, this is the only one, but I'm not the type to spend $500 on an iem unfortunately.
If you're alright with "white pearl" color which is a bit yellow-ish tint white, you can check Meze Alba perhaps? 160$ only downside (at least to me) is that it is a single DD. Personally i prefer hybrids/tribrids/quadrids over planar/dd.
Fresh, I use astros a40+mixamp TR pro with loudness equalization on. I was wondering if you use loudness eq on windows and if we should turn this option on while using iems and an amp. Would it tweak the sound for the better or for worse?
What DAC/AMP would you recommend for a first time buyer? I'm paring it with my Arete's and DT 900 Pro X, playing COD/WZ only. I was looking at the Topping DX3 Pro +, SMSL C200 or FiiO K11.
@@FreshReviewsYT any reason to choose the DX3 over the SMSL C200? I'm really torn between the two. In one of your videos you mentioned you chose the C200 over the DX3 because it was warmer sounding, while the DX3 was more detailed/analytical. I'm wondering which one would suit me better for COD/WZ and Electronic/Dance/Techno music.
Maybe for semi-hardcores. For most "regular" people like us, Tea Pro's would be the peak and maybe a bit over the top but for good bit cheaper. 2 DD, 6 branded BA's, EQ it however you want. Past 200$ you really start to hit diminishing returns that are hardly audible to "regular people" hence why i am stopping at 300-350$.
@ Bro do I choose for my topping dx 9 between XENNS top, Fiio fa 19, monarch mk3, Thieaudio origin to play pubg ? What do you recommend from this list?? Please answer)
Form factor. And in general you get "more sound quality" out of iems for cheaper, cheaper to make and stack many drivers. And Chi-Fi just copies what established brands have figured out already while with Headphones, on cheaper stuff tuning is a bit...questionable sometimes. Downsides : you have earplugs shouting in your ear. Headphones are better in that regard and speakers are best. Will majority of people encounter any issues? Probably not if you listen at normal volumes considering most "audiophiles" are >40 years old with good hearing.
I use the Kinera Celest RUYI cable replacement with my 7hz sonus iems plugged into my turtle beach elite tac mixamp (it lets me noisegate the slight hiss the mic gives off) works fine on all consoles and PC people say they can’t hear the hiss when I speak tho only I can hear it apparently so mixamp might not be needed but still recommended
@@ifteykharulislam anyone that loves juicy delicious amazing bass. The origin. Not necessarily blow your socks off with bass quantity but like… pretty damn close and the bass quality is amazing.
@FreshReviewsYT clarify that you talk about ThieAudio as Tanchjim Origin is older and "more popular"/well known so one can get confused (and the pricing is a lot more appealing to the average consumer, lol). Notable mentions are : FatFreq Deuce, Kiwi Ears Punch or if you want to cheap out a bit, Letshuoer x Aoshida E20 - 40$, EQ to Deuce and vibe.
@@FreshReviewsYT This. The quality is the best I've heard, south of the Volur. It's my favorite of Thieaudio's range. I prefer it to the LTD, MK3, and the Hype lineup. I feel like I've been trying to get this point across, pretty poorly: if the Hype 4 was Thieaudio's attempt at delivering a budget "kilobuck" IEM -- a $400 set to compete with $1000 sets -- the Origin is Thieaudio trying to produce a roughly $1000 set that competes with higher-end/summit-fi IEMs. This is not a typical kilobuck set, but an $850 set that punches above its price point, which makes it a great value even at its price tag.
