English Style Scones
480 g All purpose flour
115 g Unsalted butter- room temperature
1 Large size egg
200 ml Milk or 5% Cream
30g/50/80g (less sweet/medium/regular sweet) sugar
4 Tsp Baking powder
1 Egg yolk for egg wash the scones before baking in oven
Preheated oven at 350F or 175C and bake for 20 minutes on a middle rack
