Concordia and McGill are English universities located in Montreal. You need to go outside of Montreal such as Université de Sherbrooke located in Sherbrooke, Quebec.

You can do your entire 4-yr bachelor degree for around $3k per year tuition. Also, you can work 20 hrs/week part time while studying. Eligible programs are IT, engineering, social & health services, and education. You will need to study in French in a DLI outside of greater Montreal area.

Hello there's the option of learning in Alliance Francais. I know a few people who took 6 to 9 months classes and we're able to achieve scores of Band 7s on the French exams and they didn't stop with the exams. They are learning it to be fluent - it's doable.

Age doesn't matter in US and Canada to go to school. My wife was 40 when she started a nursing program in US, she is now working as a nurse for the past 10 years.

Too bad Montreal is excluded from the $3000 tuition program. Montreal is a bilingual city because you can get most services in English as well. It has two English language universities: McGill and Concordia. Many francophones attend English-speaking universities (trying to improve their English) because English is the language of commerce. Montreal is multicultural with large number of immigrants from around the world.

They will announce a set of campuses and set of courses. Then you have to apply. You can contact uni after they announcing the further details
