@@marvellousfrederick9315 you would have to send them an email and confirm this as it’s a very important piece of information. So talking to the international department of the school directly will be your best bet. But yes, they do refund.
Just to add. From my research each program has its own tuition and fee in some schools. NBCC for instance, I can’t even find the tuition and fees for international students on Practical nurse.

It doesn’t increase your crs score but they need more people to migrate to such places so more pathways are made for places like that and they are less strict.
