I agree, i know someone who came on study at 41 years, completed 2 year course, applied for PGWP and immediately landed a Manager job after graduation. Older candidates have work experience advantage that they can leverage and accelerate their PR process in country.
I am 42 and got a study permit to study a certificate program. Immediately i landed , i uswd my first degree to get myself admitted in same college to study a 2 years programme which will give me a Bachelors Degree. Now, I am suppose to go for coop in my 2nd year - but, i intend to use my furst degree and masters back home with experience to negotiate my role as a coop student. So, i will be having my coop while working full time. This Canada is planning and strategy ....i can share my story with you in details ... if you want to create content in that regards

You are very right Sasha. The years of work experience they got form their home country now serves as an advantage after their study.
