Smothered Pork Chops and Mashed Potatoes

Hey Guy’s. This is the video for my Smothered Pork Chops and Mashed Potatoes.
When I posted the video for my Oven Smothered Chicken someone asked if pork chops could be made the same way.
I changed the length of time the pork chops were in the oven and I only put them in the oven once because I made the gravy immediately after I browned them. They turned out just as tender and delicious as my Oven Smothered Chicken did.
