I've the same problem before and soon find out it is caused by the poor design of the power button located on the steering wheel, whenever you turn the wheel it twist the power wire, eventually it'll break and cut the power off. Simply relocated the power switch to a spot on the radio body and the problem is fixed right away.
Neil, i came across this problem yesterday, i managed to fix it but now im coming across a problem where it would constantly beep and tell me its low voltage, i already tried fully charging the control and when the light is green, i switch it on and its still beeping n tellin me its low voltage? Everything seems to be wired correctly. Hmm help please??
