Yeah, you know that radio up,down,inside out and backwards but when you start getting confused and go, where is this and where is that if you get confused where it is you know damn sure we gonna be confused. Great video though I appreciate it very much. It’s just gonna take me about 5011 times to even begin to understand how to get all that done and all I’m wanting is four channels. Throttle no reverse steering and two cooling pumps one for the ESC and one for the motor and that’s it. Yeah I know I should’ve bought a four channel transmitter and receiver. Everybody’s probably thinking yeah that’s easy. Well, I’m old-school. Took me forever to figure out there wasn’t a “any” key. Directions and I don’t get along well at all. That’s the very best that I’ve heard that radio explained period… So hats off to you.🤯
Great video! Very helpfull. I have 5 GT3C, all with the 8 channel software. Very reliable radios, I have them since 2013 and still going strong. I really like your 3D printed ESC/motor/servo station. Are the 3D print files available somewhere?

@@sampson4886 This is unfortunate! Please make sure that you turn the steering wheel full to the right (and hold it there) then press and hold the "Enter" button until you see "CAL" on the display. Then you can release the wheel and the button. Please remember that this only works with the new firmware. So make sure you have the patched firmware installed on your radio.
I was kinda hoping you would share a file or a file location… very informative video by the way, I have watched it countless times and now my Flysky works like it should
Thanks for watching. As far as I know there is no version of the FS-GT3C that comes with a pot from the factory. You would have to modify it by yourself. In the lineup from FlySky there would be the GT5 or the G7P that provide pots (but I do not know if/how they can be customized). If you are willing to look elsewhere, the RadioLink may be an option. Check out the RC6GS and RC4GS.
There is a function called "BRK" which is assignable to some keys. The manual says about it: "BRK: switch on full brake, this overrides throttle position". I would interpret it in the way that if you hit the key then CH2 goes to -100%. If this is what you need, then it could work. But please keep in mind that I did not test this and since I am not having an FS-GT3C anymore I am not able to check it out.

Hi Sir, i have a new Gt3c. but the remote cant work as what you show. Is it need to download anything before we can do as what you shown?

I have the older model. It’s also very feature rich as well. Unfortunately it takes 8 AA batteries, and it’s power hungry.

Can this be setup for throttle cut for nitro engines on a switch saving fingers from hot exhaust
