I honestly wish the Ben 10 comics were canon because I would love to see Omniverse watcher’s reaction to Infinite Monkey and the fact that Dr Animo created him
Yeah I’m with you that would be so cool! But I also think that people should respect the comics as their own canon, similar to how marvel and dc have comics but they aren’t connected to the movies or shows. But they are both still respected as their own things. But instead when it comes to these comics most people just write them off, I think there is some pretty cool stuff here
Archie Comics briefly had some Cartoon Network comics before DC started them. This started in 1995 when they did comics based on Hanna Barbera franchises ( Flintstones, Jetsons, Scooby Doo, Hanna Barbera Presents) and in November 1996, all of them got Cartoon Network branding with Hanna Barbera Presents being renamed Cartoon Network Presents, the only fully Cartoon Network comic was a Space Ghost series and some holiday specials before the rights expired. Just a fun fact
What seriously?? That’s really cool, how did I not find that out lol. Thanks for informing me, I definitely would have included them. Hanna Barbara presents sounds like a fun topic for a possible future video
Oh man, you just got yourself a sub and a fan! Awesome video, so interesting. I have a lot of Block Party comics, and one is a Ben 10 one that I got Tara Strong to sign! There are so many more I did not even know about. Really great work, congratulations on 1000 SUBS!!! I can already tell you are gonna go far! Also, I love your logo. And we use the same TV static thingy lol! Keep it up man!🤙
Thank you for watching, it means a lot! And ….You got Tara strong to sign a comic for you??!!! No way, I love her. I’ve got to buy a couple of the cartoon networks comics myself. Ironically I don’t own any yet lol. Really appreciate the kindness!! Looking forward to whatever you do next
Man it was near impossible to get these any of these comics where I'm from, I had to settle for the one off issues that would occasionally pop up in my K-zone which would range from foster's home, Ben 10, generator rex and weirdly enough Avatar and a one off short of RPG Metanoia (no idea how they pulled that off, but I'm glad) and if it were up to me I'd probably consider the comics canon even the crossovers (depending on the shows) but hey that's just how I see it
Yeah these were so hard to find. I couldn’t imagine being somebody who wanted to collect every issue, they’d literally be searching till the ends of the earth lol. Yeah I get why so many see them as canon but I personally think they should be respected as their own canon similar to how marvel comics and marvel movies aren’t connected but can both stand on their own and be respected. But unfortunately I feel like when it comes to these comics people use the “not canon” term just to discredit these comics as unimportant when really they should just be appreciated as their own unique thing
Question does it matter if it's Canon or not so long as it's telling a good story look at Archie Ninja Turtles Adventure it was meant to be tie-in comic to original 87 Ninja Turtles Cartoon then after 4 issues it flipped the Script with issue #5 and became its own universe separate from 87 Ninja Turtles Cartoon and end up being one of the most influential runs of the Ninja Turtles next to original Mirage Studios incarnation and current IDW Incarnation and one of the greatest all ages comics of all time
Okay first of all I LOVE THAT YOU MENTIONED THE TURTLES! I’ve been trying to find an excuse for talking about them on this channel for so long. They are my second favorite franchise in the entire world and I hope to make plenty of videos expressing my love for them in the future. But to answer your question, no, to me it doesn’t matter if something is “canon”. I actually own the Archie turtles comics, they are literal perfection. But I think people need to start respecting things as their own individual canons instead of just labeling something as “not canon” because usually when it’s labeled as non canon they end up just being disregarded. Just because the comics don’t connect with the show doesn’t mean they “aren’t canon”, to me they’re their own unique canon separate from any other canon and should be appreciated just as much.
@@Childishju Jim Zub run on Samurai Jack and Ryan North run on Adventure Time are good examples of this too they were very acclaimed runs too heck Adventure Time was comic that put Ryan North on the map winning multiple Eisner awards got interest of Marvel which lead him to writing Unbeatable Squirrel Girl and his current awesome run on Fantastic Four similar effect happened with Jim Zub before that Samurai Jack comic he was mostly writing Street Fighter comics
PERFECT IDEA!!!! It’s been years I’m genuinely confused on the fact that the galactic kids next door aren’t being used at all. I may make a video on that someday
I personally consider most comics canon even the crossovers since I personally see the shows and characters all existing in the same universe different worlds cn city was that but if the creators say rhe arent can't argue with that but its a cool idea that our favorite characters have met
Yeah I can understand where you’re coming from. I personally think that the comics should be respected as their own canon in the same vain of marvel and dc comics being separated from the movies yet still being respected in their own right. So I wouldn’t call any of these “not canon” I’d just say they are the comics separate canon
I noticed you made a mistake with the PPG comic adaptations. Powerprof. and All Chalked Up were not adapted from the comics, they were adapted from a series of PPG chapter books by Scholastic.
Arguing about the canonical in Ben 10 is simple…yes it is canon….by the very nature that Ben 10 has a multiverse validated the canon it’s just not the main Ben Tennyson

I’m hoping Disney will make comics for there tva shows one day especially more gravity falls comics
Isn’t there a new gravity falls book coming out? Looks really interesting, I hope they keep doing stuff like that
@@Childishju I mean thats more like a book than a comic book
My dream comic would be an official canon continuation set after Ben 10 Omniverse.
That would be so sick. They need to do something with the franchise
I’d liked to see that animated
1:04 I want those animated
Quick thing for Ben 10 the comics are canon they are just their own universe in the Omniverse
I’m hearing a few people say that, hmmm I’ll look further into it
I would like to see the comics get animated

Good video
For samurai Jack, exist others comics series: "Quantum Jack" and "lost worlds".
Appreciate you watching!
I would of liked them to adapt the show
12:38 why not just adapt the story of the seasons
I’m not sure why they didn’t just do that
