This marks 1 year I've been doing your workouts. The amount of mental and physical growth I have made is substantial! I went from 7lb skull crushers to using 15lb. Being able to do 0 toe pushups to doing them on the regular. And so many more achievements. Thank you for being such a great space for this mom of littles!!

Oh my word! That was so good! I wasn’t expecting the my arms to be so fatigued but it was so good!! I agree with Rachel. I see more definition in my back and it encourages me to keep going! I love this program. I’m probably going to start it back over when I finish and try to go heavier/do more reps.
Love your workouts! I've found it difficult to stick to a routine longer than a few days because it's always the same monotonous moves. But then I found your channel and love it! You find a way to take the same moves but add a spicy and challenging twist. Can't wait to try the next 2-week challenge. ❣from Minnesota!
My fave workout thus far of Strong20! This is my third time through... this time with baby #4 on board. Feels SO good to be in the second trimester and have a little less nausea and fatigue. :D

Love these 20 minute workouts. So fit with my physical ability and time. How do you suggest I increase my weight load? I often feel I think I could increase weights but could not do for the entire 30 seconds or all three reps. Do you have any recommendations on how to make the increase?
I love the Strong 20....after completing Metcon in the month of Jan I was looking for another series...just completed Day 6!! I then added 5 min seated abs and 5 min deadbugs
Love this workout and the series. I have enjoyed increasing my strength. I find that you go very fast in your videos so for this one I tried reducing the speed to .75 and I was able to keep up. Longer worker but better for me.

Ooof-da! I’m feeling this one! Haven’t done this workout since the prep for Met Con 100 & I’m seeing the strength gains! I remember using my 15s a bunch the last time I did this, and today I didn’t even touch them. 20s & 30s 💪🏻 Thanks for making these awesome programs! This is one of my favorites!
My one year old hasn’t been sleeping and after being up at 4:30 this morning and being in the office all day, I had nothing in the tank but needed a workout. This was perfect and just what I needed to be able to get something done today. Thank you!

this was a spicy one for sure!!!! Chest was a bit sore from yesterday. My tough ones were the row shoulder press and the kneeling bicep. Cant wait to come back to this when i repeat the program for week 3 and 4!

This was great - I actually finished it without stopping! I'm a bit overweight and only use ~8-10lb dumbbells but this program keeps me motivated and challenged!

It would depend on the move that's causing wrist pain but I'd generally work on mobility (stretching out your wrists) and grip strength!
