    I really really really like ALL your Reformer classes. I started Nov 15th, 2020, and I like how you incorporate strength into your routines. My body started to really change when I started you classes. I'm 58 and I feel great from using my AeroPilates reformer. Thank you.

    Dez, you have helped this girl right here feel strong! I have to keep things low impact but your workouts have shown me that low impact does not mean boring. I love yoga but I do like to add in Pilates reformer workouts here & there. I’m happy to have found you. Congratulations on your pregnancy!

    You're a sneaky one holding out on this workout. I think like Virginia A below, I think this is my favourite workout. A challenge but everything was doable, even the pike with the leg in the air (if that's what it's called). A little hesitant the first time but actually not that hard so I got quite a sense of accomplishment doing it. Many thanks for this workout--I will certainly be doing it again!
