Wonderful class for the entire body. I’m a huge fan of April. Teaching virtual Pilates is not an easy task. Her cues are on point, I rarely need to look up to see what she’s doing. The oblique series are tough and the hip work is just what we all need. The chest expansion and extension on the block were my favorite, tough! Love love the mermaid series towards the end, just what my spine needed. Don’t be fooled, this class is tough!

I think this one your no 3 would have to be my favourite, I’ve done it quite a few times ,I especially love side work and of course laying down ,, thankYOU 🤗😀
Thank you April!!! Parts of the core work in the beginning were amazingly tough, challenging me differently than regular reformer work (must have been that isolating block prop!). Now that I've finished I feel very accomplished and like I de-stressed significantly. You are awesome!
April would it be possible to organize the videos in numerical order in the playlists or is that difficult to do? It would save me a great deal of time scrolling through the lists each morning trying to find the number I am on. They used to be numerical and it was so much easier 🤷🏻♀️
Hi Angela. I went into the the playlists and I didn’t know it but I can change the order to oldest to newest, newest to oldest, most popular, or manual. I guess I must have changed the setting when I was doing more playlists. I changed it back to newest to oldest so hopefully that will help you find things better. Let me know if it worked.
