And something in a middle with nato.
this watch actually goes really well with cotton straps too.

Big difference inside. But at this price it is exceptional.

I have an MTP-1381, which is about the same as 1370. I've got it 10ish years ago, and wore each day.
Now it does has some shallow scratches, but nothing serious and NOTHING on the glass.
If it's anything like 1381, the thing will last and look good for at least a decade.
Now I understand why my colleague asked me once: "Is that a Rolex?" :)
it is a very good looking watch if you can protect it and use it like gentelman .if you use it harsh like a stainless steel diver watch with sapphire glass it wont last long👍😊

Mtp 1380 looks more standard but this watch looks more expensive. I know you might think they look close but desing wise they are different
Is it better looking than MTP 1335d?
in my opinion more simpler design makes it look more expensive but is is subjective😊
Do you need to set the day and date manually always?
I am not only using this watch I havent tried this myself if I try it I will let you know in couple of weeks hopefully.But for this price if it does not do it automatic I can accept that

They need to release this again with better specs, not having stainless steel case could be a deal breaker. Plus Aliexpress Chinese brands can provide glass, that's almost as good as sapphire for less than 100 dollars, so casio should be able to do that too
Well casio already doing it with models like Casio Duro Diver but probably they cant make a good margin with those products to earn more they have to compromise.You cand compare Japaniese Legendery brand to Chiniese unknown brands by the price choices They produce lot of price / performance watches but they dont do in every model that is a choice probably not a mistake.
Let's say: that 100$, you pay for the quality as well as the "brand value". Casio is not a small brand. Instead, it's very well-known, and it might be one of the most popular watch brands in the world.

@@watch-highres that depends on your taste. Agree that you can get a Seiko around 100$, but you can only get the 7sxx movement for that product. Besides, I bet that everybody needs a quartz watch in their collection. Hence, the first brand that comes to their mind is 70% Casio. So pull 100$ for the good Casio is understandable if they get interested.

Would this watch last me at least 2 years and is it comfortable enough to wear?
if you upgrade with good leather strap it will be very comfortable. I am using daily smaller dial makes this watch perfect for my 18 cm wrist . But you need to use this watch little careful because it is not 316 steel (as a dress style watch this is normal)

Depending on how you will use this watch. if you make it daily and use it while sportive activities than get reay for scratches but if you use it in office person use than no proablem. Polished areas in bracelet will be easy to scratch for this price it is expeced.
I've owned and still own Casio MTP 1260. Silver with blue casing. Bought it five years ago in Athens, Greece and it's one tank of a watch. Indestructible tank, went to swim in a sea, showered with him, wash hands always, wear it every single day and night for 5 years, fell million times on the floor, it just can't be destroyed how strong it is. Just had to change new battery after 4 and a half years... CASIO is God Tier watch company, but sadly many of them shame them because of price and worse material quality. But in terms of precision and mechanism it's amazing

I also have the same Casio watch which I bought it in Doha at arround 120 Qatari riyal…it actually comes on a black leather strap but later I changed it to a stainless steel bracelet which also looks awesome ❤ ❤❤

if your sweat has more acidic cemical than this process might be faster but I am not sure you can do it yourself or if this will be logical considering price of this cheap watch ?

Casio needs to make its own automatic movement watch.
I believe if they want it they cannbut it is an issue about marketing,pricing brand positioning .Difficult stuff. I belive first thing should be seperating Ocenaus series from casio and create high end brand instead of using that
