not only is it good to see someone play this game but its also good for your channel since a lot of the creator, pontypants, fans will see this and be interested.
@@JoshtheGoldfish **you hear the resounding sob of undertale fans** But seriously though, I’ve never seen such a professional-looking indie game before. He did great!
At first I was convinced you had a million subs because of the quality of the vid, but then I saw your count and wondered why isn't the algorithm dishing out such quality
Pontypants really needs to explain how the heck is the monk in the beginners tournament, *Onkh could've beat everyone apart from the doll thing and the big buff final boss, cause he was such a chi warrior he was fighting evil spirits that you can't see while you fight him.*
If you're trying to make it big on youtube as a letsplayer you should have a name that is easy to search in the youtubes search engine and that way its easy to find you. I knew another somewhat small channel where the guy's name was Josh and he called himself Josh the Snake. A name like that is so much easier to find.
you have to charge your punch to deal high damage and because you didnt do that you didnt deal much damage. Its actually not unfair since you and the enemy have the same stats but the enemy was charging the punches but you werent
From 200 views to 4.7k! THIS is how you grow! Be the first to find the next wave and capitalize! Here's a tip: since these videos are doing well due to this being a game created by a game development TH-camr, how about trying to search TH-cam for game DevLogs? Research them as they're being made and try to be the first to upload content on them during release! Since hundreds of thousands of people are itching to see ANY gameplay, I think this will be a good market for you!
lean more into your punches bro bit of video advice i would probably cut through the repeat battles a bit since it might get repetitive but you're doin pretty good
1. the lean mechanic is your best friend 2. leaning into your charged punches deals more damage (Holding the punch button and releasing) 3. playing more patient can let you learn how to fight a boss 4. dashing (Left or Right Trigger) is a useful tool to back away from your opponent to reset. 5. I suggest playing on controller if you are not as that's the way its intended by the creator. For learning how to lean into punches better do it as explained in the tutorial and then get a feel for it as you play more. Hope this helps!
@@mr.snowtick7940 so when you are charge punching think of starting the punch with the right stick down and right, before you release the charged punch flick up left on the stick and at the end of your flick you release the punch button. This would be for a right hand charge punch
@@JoshtheGoldfish sorry if that seemed mean was only a suggestion I struggle trying to write my thoughts in text but I love your content and can’t wait for the next one
I watched the dev videos on this and it seemed really fun but ultimately it was way too difficult so I refunded it. Even with the simplified controls, I got destroyed.
