Critical points missing in every video I have seen on this topic. I just spent an hour on the phone with Residio, the Honeywell tech support company and finally got my thermostats to connect after 2 months of trying.
1. The "Lyric App" is now the "Honeywell Home" app
2. Make sure the mobile device (phone or tablet) you want to use to control your thermostats is set to Airplane mode [CRITICAL STEP]
3. Turn off mobile data on your mobile device [CRITICAL STEP]
4. Make sure Bluetooth is on on your mobile device [CRITICAL STEP]
5. Remove your thermostat from the wall for 3 minutes BEFORE starting setup [CRITICAL STEP]
6. Once you connect your phone to the thermostat network, press the back arrow at the top of the Honeywell Home app to complete the connection to the wifi network. If you don't, you will be stuck in Lyric Limbo.... and that is not cool.

This device came with my smart home an it is highly unreliable. In fact the day after the warranty I had to pay $90.00 plus for a technician to troubleshoot. Mind I am technically inclined.

This came with my Smart Home installed, how do you know what the cool stage should be for your specific AC? Also it seems like the temperature differential isn’t visible at all. By that I mean if I set to 75, it never shows current temp drop to 74... it just cycles off. Then same thing when it turns back on.

Seems like a sin to place an advertising/service sticker literally on the thermostat as shown.
It's like placing a service phone number on a fine painting. What are you doing lol
After an hour and multiple tries, I just gave up.
