Those black bean tacos with cactus oh my that made my mouth water. I absolutely love cactus, has such a unique tangy flavor, its a party in my mouth. If it wasn't for tour recommendations, I would never know about these amazing places. Thank you!!! Best channel on TH-cam!
I love Chino poblano at the Cosmopolitan. I really enjoy their fusion of Chinese and Mexican cuisines. The portion size and price is not that great but it's Vegas after all.

In China pork is a basic food group. I love it. Roast pork with the crispy easy to eat skin is wonderful. The same (lechon) in the Philippines is wonderful. Would enjoy the "finger food" at this place. Thank you.

I really liked everything I ate there. Probably my favorite was the duck tongue taco. I quacked about it for days! If only they doubled-up the tortilla to keep the taco from disintegrating while eating.
