There's a new dim sum restaurant open in Broomfield called Hong Guan. It's at 120th & Main in the same building as the former dim sum restaurant whose name I can't remember at the moment. But it's a step up from the former restaurant, I liked it a lot. Definitely a great option for cart dim sum if you're up north.

Yuan Wonton’s brick and mortar space is really nice. We go there just about twice a month via reservations on Fridays. Their OG wonton is my fav and their garlic noodles are the best. Plus the chef gets pretty creative with new featured items regularly. Though it’s not a cheap place and we consider it our splurge meal, service is always fantastic.

Honestly I was super excited to watch this video and the quality is good but I lost trust in your judgement after you gave Nanas dumplings in Aurora a decent review. My coworkers told us not go there because they did enjoy it at all. Regardless of this, all my friends still gave it a try and it was the worst dumpling place we’ve ever been to. Pricing was way too high and there was no flavor in anything. What you said about the truffle was so true even though the waitress highly recommended it to us. There was no truffle or mushroom taste as far as we could tell. The green beans were the best thing on the menu. But absolutely one of the most lukewarm experiences we’ve had thus far. Although we did hear that the other Nanas locations were phenomenal. Maybe they were banking too much on the brand and the quality hasn’t been there when they opened. Keep in mind my friends and coworkers are Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Latino. Even Masons tastes better.
When people say there’s not good Asian restaurants here, it’s absolutely true relative to many other cities, so that statement still stands. But that’s not to say there aren’t many great places to go to. It’s definitely getting better every year.

Seoul Mandoo is average. NaNa's is not that good, they have a couple of good items. Their dough is way too thick and their soup dumplings are awful. Din Tai Fung's soup dumplings are way better.
