It's crazy how good you are .. and mind-blowing that there is still someone who outmatches you like that. Absolutely mesmerizing how you guys are playing.
You'll get there. This is a game you can really can't get good enough at. Take forever, I've been playing since the 80s. I am glad I didn't have these guys to watch or I'd 100 percent have given up by now lol. Needs a lot of hours. :)
How come 6-3 is better than traditional openers in this game? Is it just so you charge zone quicker? Kazu completely skipped the PC at the start of the first round instead of dealing like 13 damage. I guess you don’t wanna give your opponent clean garbage because they’ll get zone extremely fast.
Personally, I used to be the person that was very fast but I only knew how to just get I-piece tetrises, and I would usually win 2/3 of my games against a technical person just Bc I was able to get my attacks in faster before they could actually execute their attacks 🤷🏻♀️
Depending on the DAS speed and line clear delay, technicality like tspinning, donations and knowing when to accept garbage wins, if there is no delay like in tetrio, speed theoretically wins. looking at Ai, humans at least have a chance against bots in games like ppt or t:e while in tetrio you just put the bot to max apm and lose in
imagine SR gained and lost was based off of leaderboard ranking rather than SR difference... how much higher would kazu be from second and third place? I feel like rank based is more fair, since these guys at the top probably have to win like 10 times to recuperate one loss - and that's a generous estimate. rank based does exactly the same thing as point based matchmaking, with the benefit of a uniform reward structure across all levels of play.

Thanks for posting. Food for thought as a relative noob at mod tetris
I don't even play tetris but judging by other comments ive seen sending lines early js bad because it's just giving free zone to the other player
I am dumb tho
It’s Kazu, Anemiya, then a whole lot of wannabe idiots out there.
wait how can you move pieces side to side that quickly tho
Who’s more likely to win in Tetris. A person who’s very fast but average technically, or average speed but very technical?
what type of technique
since they both go hand in hand id say say it's a tie

Person #1. Speed still key in modern Tetris

Why is Kazu so fast at making those T-Spin double setups??
They both insane 😂
Misdrop city...rip
Für mir sind Doremy und Kazu bester Spieler, die ich gesehen habe
