I don't buy HYBE's story just yet. I think it is best if we wait for this whole controversy to end before we can judge Min Hee Jin. After all, both sides are saying contrasting statements to each other. I do think it is such a low blow to HYBE for spreading the information of what happened to the public. That is literally the worst form of public shaming, criminal or not. I can't imagine working at that company. It is probably scary to be an employee at HYBE.

If you mess with BTS, their fans won't stay silent. Currently, part-time workers at HYBE are being called in to instigate and slander Min Hee Jin and New Jeans in the comments. All the news articles in Korea are in favor of HYBE, and the comments are all insulting Min Hee Jin. Additionally, Korean choreographers have admitted that ILLIT copied many of New Jeans' choreographies. HYBE is trying to ruin New Jeans. There isn't a single photo of New Jeans with Bang Shi Hyuk. In contrast, Le Serafim and ILLIT have photos with Bang Shi Hyuk. Also, during award ceremonies, Le Serafim and ILLIT thanked Bang Shi Hyuk, but New Jeans thanked Min Hee Jin. The naked photos of brooke shields on her wall, SHINee's Taemin during their Sherlock era and Newjean's cookie lyrics. Do not tell me that "oh your just making the lyrics sound perverted" this the same woman who was involved with Red Velvet's Ice Cream Cake dont even 💀 You know what tho, her talents are amazing that i can say. But theirs also a thing call separating the art from the artist. (Aka Min Heejin's work.) Dont go saying that i support Hybe either because BOTH Hybe and Min Heejin are in the wrong. In reality its the Idols who are the victims here, not Min Heejin, Hybe or whoever the fuck else. Its the people who Hybe & MHJ dragged into the crossfire. There was absolutely no need to mention any of the idols who were mentioned. For now im only just watching from the side til all of this drama clears off.

🤗👍👍True about MHJ drawing in...not only young fans (which is the targeted audience), but more mature people that have now become fans, by how she (MHJ) styled New Jeans and coordinated the many themes for their combacks...etc! When I watched most of their mvs and performaces, I felt pure nostalgia. It brought me joy, during these difficult times. Since I was a teen in the 2000s era...the glitter make up, animal designer back packs, cute hair bows, boot cut/baggy pants, skater shoes, and so forth...was my personal style at those times. She even did wonders with the artists at SM, it's unfortunate that the company had to let her go due to indifferences. I kinda missed the way the label was, even though I just started bck listening to kpop a year ago. Yeah, I do hope the disagreements and issues between her and Hybe get resolved accordingly.😢
MHJ mildly unrelated, i spent the weekend listening to most NCT discography and I don't know if she worked with them or not, but the music out of SM is so so soooo good, the artists are so good. I know shes not a producer, but if she was such a big part of SMs visuals, she truly helped put color to the music, which is a huge part of kpop.
I dont think she had any influence over NCT (which is my second fav group after exo by the way and yes, their discography is top tier, both nct and exo😊). Maybe the older SM groups like SHINee, F(x) GG etc. I could be wrong, I dont know.

Geniuses can also be evil. My intuition at first knowledge that she transfered from SM was really on point. Together with her direction on NJ songs & concepts that were inappropriate & borderline sexualization of teens, I DID NOT like her at all. Hope this case against her gets a satisfying conclusion of her being booted out of the kpop industry & the public will know with hard evidence what a traitor she is to the company that hired her.

Personally I feel Illit has a dreamcore vibe not y2k, yes there is familiarity but you can find familiarity all throughout kpop.
She didn't invent y2k she just repopularized a look from the late 90s/early 2000s. To think other groups won't incorporate that in their concepts seems odd since she has seen it happen her entire career.

I don't hate her but I don't like what she is doing right now. You can list all the great things about her but if she is getting greedy and planning to separate herself from the company that gave her the financial support to not have to start ADOR from Zero. Then in my opinion she should act a little less greedy. Hyolin from Sistar doesn't have such financial help from anyone she started from Zero and the company does not have much earnings. Min Hee Jin is talented yes that is warranted, but does that make it an excuse for people not to see how she is acting? I have seen the press conference, and this woman is guilty of trying to separate ADOR from Hybe. I get it she is talented, she is behind everything that went on ADOR and New Jeans. The only thing I can think of that I dont like about MHJ are her terrorist concepts. ETA to everyone else seems like a regular term, but in Spain it was a terrorist organization that committed really bad domestic terrorism. And no one can deny that the concept was not that, because it was. Names from the group leaders were used in promotion, they literally filmed in Spain for multiple music videos, it just felt very icky and insensitive, especially since it didn’t feel like she actually did any research into ETA as group and their mission, activity, and identity other than for a K-pop concept. Only thing I dont like. I can recognize her artistic vision and genius for sure.
