I’m making this doll too I’m using red heart super saver yarn, it’s bigger than the ply she used I think but I’m doing the stitches tight. I love the size too it’s a very good size for a doll mine is about the height of an American girl doll and she’s so cute

i have started on this pattern. i am getting on well following your instructions thank you x. i am using double wool, my doll is going to be a giant! haha. if you could do a video explaining each doll size and which clothes go with each doll that would be very appreciated x. and i have a blythe to make clothes for as well. love x.x.x.

hi well i have now figured out this dolll will be approx 30 centimetres. and that mine will be smaller as i am using 4 ply cotton with "anchor baby pure cotton". i will also make her clothes and shoes with the same 4 ply. thank you suwanna for such a beautiful pattern x.

Thank you for this pattern, it is beautiful and your instructions are clear. I would have only one suggestion: when making the feet it is better to use INVISIBLE decreasing so there won't be any hole on the feet, it is very smooth like that.

hi i am puzzled by that as well. i think as long as you use the same wool/cotton for doll, clothes and shoes ete. you should be ok. that is what i am going to do for my 2nd attempt. i am using 2.50 hook and anchor baby pure cotton in ivory. it does recommend 3.00 hook though, but i didnt have that size!

Thank you very much, the pattern was relatively easy to follow. I had some minor issues by the crotch area but was able to make it work. My doll is completed and am wondering if there's a video to help put the pieces together?

If my wool is thicker, should I knit more stitches than specified? And if so how many stitches?
I needed to redo the hole thing because I did it from the wrong way. You could at least say that it was important to crochet from the outside of the figure..
