Oh I really like the look of this method! I'm following a doll pattern and it advises crocheting a cap and then pulling through two knotted strands. But this method sounds easier and quicker, thank you!
Thank you for this! I have been knotting the hair on the doll wigs ( I just started last Friday) and have already seen SO MANY different ways of doing hair, its crazy! Yours looks neat and easy but I will apply this to wigs instead of the doll itself. 🥰 🌺 Have a great day and Happy Spring everyone!
My best friend's grandfather just passed away and I'm making her a plush out of one of his shirts. I was trying for sooo long how to make a little tuft for the tail (it's going to be a cow) and this tutorial is PERFECT. Thank you soooo much for posting this!! 💕
Thank you for this excellent tutorial. I've put hair on dolls before but I've never been happy with the result. This I loved. Thank you. PS. I have subscribed.
I have just knit a beautiful rag doll for myself, and have made a mess of the hair. After watching your video, I'm going to redo it. Thank you so much ❤ Linda x
Omg, this is sooo helpful! I tried to apply hair to my dolls, but you could always see the place where I put yarn, and the head would look weird. This is sooooo amazing, thank you so much!
thank you so much for this amazing video it was so easy to understand and that was because you both showed us with your camera getting close to the dolls head and followed up with wonderful instructions!! I have subscribed and look forward to following you!! Bless you for been good enough to share your amazing talent with us, it was so helpful to me x
Thank you for this tutorial, now I know "hair" won't be so frightening when I get there. I'd like to offer a hint, the sewing yarn I would loop over my thumb I'm holding down the hair to be attached and that way it wouldn't tangle into the hair to be attached.
I started to knit some Danmei characters and everyone there has long has. Now I can make it more clean and beautiful. Thank you so much for this tutorial!
I'm making this doll for my little cousin and would like to see a tutorial for removable shirts, pants, shorts, anything really. she loves playing dress up and I think she would like to have many options for clothes. Thx!!
Thank you so much for the easy hair tutorial. But can I ask what to make bangs for doll? I seem can find a video show how to make it. If you can please teach me... Thank you again. I love your dolls
Hola...desde México...no sé tú idioma...pero..., explicas muy bien...desarrollaste muy bien tu trabajo...junto con algunas palabras que usamos las tejedoras ...entendí tu tutorial... muchísimas gracias... éxitos
oh wait i remember the basic doll vid i saw a little bit of it but then i had no time so I stopped watching. I'll definitely check it out as well as all your other doll vids
How easily does the hair pull out? I make dolls for kids, and this is so much simpler than the way I do hair.. just curious if it would come out if a kid pulled on one of the strings 🤔
It's really to easy way....... Thanks a lot... I really like ur chanel... But I want to ask from u that from where u get these ideas? I ll wait for u reply🙇♀️🙇♀️
This looks fast and easy and I'm sure it's great for dolls that are on display, but it's it durable enough for dolls being given to young kids? I would worry that my 3 year old niece would pull on a strand hard enough to make it come loose from the stitch tying it down.
Finally a super easy and beautiful way to add hair to a crochet doll! Many thanks much appreciated for your efforts in making this video

Awwww...that's the problem. I suggest you make this hair instead th-cam.com/video/8L119_4DthY/w-d-xo.html
İ tried it but it was very easy to pull and come off
So would this work for a doll that a toddler would play with? I'm thinking they would pull the hair out? Not sure, but it sure looks nice!
This doll hair is not a toddler friendly, my apologies.
Excelente video. Me encanta cómo explica. 🥰 Dios la bendiga. 😇😘🦒🌺🌷🌺🦓
Thx so much for showing us how to add hair pretty easily to our dolls...
Thank you so much! I did mermaid hair with homespun yarn and it's perfect!!

Excelente ,algo práctico para colocar cabello a las muñecas, gracias por el tutorial 😍🕷️
Great tutorial, thank you!!!
Thank you.. Best doing 😊👍

I may suggest after you sewed the hair you can put a little bit of fabric glue so the hair will not come loose.
@@HooksOnTheGo Thank you for the suggestion 🙂

Are the bodies already pre-made or do you have to knit/crochet the bodies?
