If you where lucky and was silent. Bandit closet to your position: [sniff sniff] Ok who did that!! If you where unlucky however, Your Character:🍑💨 Bandits close to your position: WHAT WAS THAT!!??!! Maybe have a mechanic with it that takes account of what your character has eaten. Like if your character has been eating alot of cabbage, City Guard: Ooh! WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN EATING!!??
I thought a mod like this already existed? I could be wrong but I remember my friend playing Skyrim one time and I watched him force feed his character 10 bowls of chili and shoot out a noxious green fart shout from his Argonian's ass. It truly was hilarious.

Sounds like Baked Beans of Skyrim, which is for the player only, my mod is for NPCs.
