Terek is actually cut content. His files are still in the game so he appears rarely in vanilla games as a glitch and can be accessed through consoles commands on PC. That’s why there’s an owned bed in Breezehome. He was supposed to already be squatting there when you buy it. They cut him but not his room.
I remember finding Terek for the first time around 2016, bought Breezehome but didn't get any furnishings so finding him inside was quite a nice surprise. You can talk to the steward and he will dispose of him but I chose to put him inside a nice little black soul gem and drop him in some random river.
Legend has it, that after Terek was kicked out of Breezehome, he found a secret portal out of Nirn to a planet called "Earth" and started a faction of squatters.
she'd have more of a point if there were more than 3 types of restoration spells in the base game, those being healing, wards and turn undead. Even with DLCs, there's only 5. Oblivion had 25 effects, Morrowind had 28. Not like its a secret that magic was severely gutted in Skyrim though, more than it already was in Oblivion. Even Morrowind was cut back a fair bit if I recall correctly

@@elconijo I wasn't picking sides in an argument i was just saying in most cases squatters take over peoples homes that the owners still actively live in and somehow people insist that the squatters in the situation are the victims most of the houses i've seen that have been illegally occupied by squatters were turned into meth/crack dens despite the actual owners that still lived in said houses only went away for a few weeks on a business trip or had to fly out to another state for a funeral i get that there is thousands of houses that are kept empty on purpose (mostly cause a 2 bedroom apartment costs nearly $900+ a month and minimum wage isn't keeping up with this new unstable economy) i live in a 2 bedroom apartment and i have a roommate but our combined income is just barely enough to get the bills paid.

Go up the rocks and use whirlwind sprint (Wuld shout) to reach the pillar…practice to find the right starting spot. DO NOT use unrelenting force, it just blows them off the mountain.
I have no idea what mod added this, but I could tell Proventus that there was a man squatting in my house. He and a guard marched all the way down to Breezehome and kicked Terek out 😂
I've only seen this guy one time when I first started playing the game and put the disc in the Xbox and bought this house he was there and every time I restarted the game after that he was never there again

Colette is in denial that Restoration is nerfed in Skyrim. It used to be the school that handled buffing stats. Restoration also spells used to hurt the undead. Turning undead is useless because any undead worth making flee will be too high level, and any you can affect will just run away then come back so you can actually just kill them. Potions also heal faster than restoration spells. There's also no spells to restore your stamina like in previous games. Only stamina potions. Wards are also basically useless. They block one or two spells and drain magicka way too fast. Unless you're an NPC. In which case you can basically keep wards up forever and be a total pain in the ass to kill. There WERE spells in previous games that passively blocked types of damage. And even shield spells which blocked ALL types of damage. But guess what school those fell under? There's not even an absorb magic spell anymore. There's enchantments to resist destruction types or just magic as a whole, but they don't really help much in my experience. Spellbreaker is the only ward you'll ever need. Whoever wrote Colette knew too much. They're probably at the bottom of a lake near Bethesda HQ right now.
