    "Mr. Prospect I don't know if it makes sense or not but what benefit if any would there be in you and I getting together for 15-20 minutes and looking at a plan that would cause your property to actually sell at a price that works for you or more". Definitely gonna start using this

    fear a housing crash due to people buying homes above asking prices with little equity. If prices drop, affordability and potential foreclosures may arise, worsened by future layoffs and rising living costs. I want to invest more than $300k, but I'm not sure on how to mitigate risk.

      You're not doing anything wrong; the problem is that you don't have the knowledge needed to succeed in a challenging market. Only highly qualified professionals who had to experience the 2008 financial crisis could hope to earn a high salary in these challenging conditions.
