Thankyou sir ... for explain Isolation of DNA from papaya. Today I was performed following this procedure isolation of DNA from papaya . Thankyou sir...🙏
Niraj Banarase thanks for your comment and question. We can use this method only for pulpy-juicy object. For other part like leaf we cant use this method. We will try to make that video too as your question is usefull for others also. Thanks.
Mixer me mix karne se wo pest ban jaega aur DNA ke saath uske minute fiber bhi aa sakte hai jisse DNA ke identification me aur pulp ke filtration me dikkat aaega.
The initial role of the ethanol and monovalent cations is to remove the solvation shell surrounding the DNA and permitting the precipitation of the DNA in pellet form. The ethanol also serves to promote the aggregation of the DNA. With respect to the washing steps, typically a 70% ethanol solution is used. This permits the solubilisation of the salts whilst minimising the solubility of the DNA. The salts are therefore removed due to solubility differences, especially with the aggregated DNA.
We can use isopropanol but DNA is less soluble in isopropanol so it will fall out of solution faster and at a lower concentration, but the downside is that the salt will too. With ethanol, the DNA needs to be at a higher concentration to flocculate but the salt tends to stay soluble, even at cold temperatures.
arorapremap DNA isolatuon from animal cell requirs PCR and other complicated machines. In PCR the DNA is separated and rejoined. Itnis not possible at small college laboratory.
This is be like dream comes true...thanku so much sir
varsha mahant Most welcome dear. Stay supportive with solution- your pharmacy friend.
@@solutionpharmacy why we use iodine विहीन nacl..
Thankyou sir ...
for explain Isolation of DNA from papaya.

Thankyou sir...🙏
Thankyou so much sir such a great explanation ❤❤❤
Most welcome
Mere biology ke teacher bhi aapki hi tarah samajhte hai aur ye vedeo mere liye kaafi helpfull rahi,
Thanks sir 🙂
Thank you so much
He explained very clearly..Some r just passing the time in the vedios..I liked this vedio..Good work
Thank you for the experiment!!!
Can we do it for Apple?
Yes
Good n easy methos with easily available materials
Thank you
Sir may you live a happy life , thanks a lot
You too. Thank you so much
Sir can we use sanitizer liquid or gel type instead of ethanol
No that will not give accurate result
thanls
How can you spool dna when you can't see dna with naked eye?
Tq sir
Awesome 👍
Nice explanation
Great...but can we isolate DNA from animal tissues by this method?
No this method is applicable only for plants
@@solutionpharmacy thank you sir!...also upload such video in animal
What observation we have to write
Sir can we isolate DNA from any part of plant by this method? please tell me soon.
Niraj Banarase thanks for your comment and question. We can use this method only for pulpy-juicy object. For other part like leaf we cant use this method. We will try to make that video too as your question is usefull for others also. Thanks.
Sir class 12 cbse ka Jo practical hh with spinach leaves ... Upload the video
Sir peaseeds ka DNA isolate same method se hi hoga kya
Ha uska bhi aise hi hoga.
Isss isolated dna ko slide me rakh kar microscope se bhi dikhana chahiye aapko🙏🙏
Wo compound microscope se nahi dikh payega
what abput removing protiens from papaya ?
Should we have to heat the ethanol
No
Can we use ethanol rub instead of 95% ethanol?
No
Then what is the alternative to this?
Can we use raw papaya
Not very sure
Nice
sir kya hum papaya ko mixer-grinder meinaah kar sakte hai??
Mixer me mix karne se wo pest ban jaega aur DNA ke saath uske minute fiber bhi aa sakte hai jisse DNA ke identification me aur pulp ke filtration me dikkat aaega.
What can we use instead of ethanol plz ans

Is the DNA visible under compound /light microscope ????
plzz answer me Sir
No
Nice ❤❤❤
And sir action of salivary amylase on starch with temperature and pH class 12.. upload video
Nice video for students
Thank you
you didnt heat the filtrate? is it supposed to be necessary?
Nice job keep doing🤘
Nice explanation ...
Roselily Winget thank you
Can we filter the DNA out once it's fully appeared?
Chandler Jesudason yes we can filter that. But the amount will be very less and it will accumulate in filter paper.
that was a wonderful video sir, thanks a lot :)
Awesome explanation!
Thank you
Good morning sir ... sir can uh pls tell me why we use ethanol for isolation ?
Its for crystalization
Ty sir
3:04 wow.....
Why are we adding the filtrate to ethanol? Should not it be vise versa?
Kainat Mohsin Result will come also hut the process will be not so effective. As DNA has to sediment first.
Persent sir ji
👌👌 good explanation
Thank you
The same procedure we can do for spinach??.... Ans plzz
Not so sure
❤❤
Sir please tell me if you have taken the ethanol solution or just ethanol?? Please answer fast sir🙏
Only ethanol
What is the next step?
Is there no stirring in this exprmnt...15000rpm???
Mohd. Ibrahim no
Isme uniodide salt kyo milat h
Dinesh Dubey The salts neutralize the negative charge of the negatively charged phosphate in DNA so we add NaCl
How Can this isolated DNA seen under microscope
bhole laxmikant these DNA can be seen under electron microscope. Although it is still not so clear under electron microscope.
DNA ki amount and volume bta dijiye
Ye qualitative tha so quantity check nahi hua
How can we isolate DNA from human hair

Woahhh
Esko DNA ko ham microscope ke under dekh sakte he kya
Electron microscopy
Can we acetone sir
Lalitha Sathish No acetone will not give better result.
u r not using tendizers why?
Aahana garg because of 2 reason- 1 we have to mash it compleatly and 2 its availibility. There is no special use of that.
डीएनए को इस तरह अलग करनेका मकसद और फायदा क्या है?🤔
Process ko samjhna
what is the use of heat in this experiment
The heat will allow surfactant to penetrate deep inside the cell and will allow the extraction of DNA
I m scientist now😂😂
