A little about me and this channel:
My name is James Aubrey IV and I just recently graduated college from Iowa State University. After college I decided to take a leap of faith. So I moved to San Diego California to pursue my passion for videography/ TH-cam. Overall I'm a pretty chill person, outside of TH-cam I like to longboard, dance, play video games, lift weights and hangout with my friends. I know that success on TH-cam won't happen overnight but I'm willing to stay patient and put in the work to try to prefect my craft daily. This TH-cam channel will be centered around my life after college. You will be able to see all of the ups and downs on my journey to success. So if you like the content make sure you subscribe so you can be apart of the Rome Life Family. (Let's build our own personal Rome's together.)
What is the Rome Life ? And What does it mean to be apart of it?
Rome Life is something I started during my Sophomore year of high school (one of the worst times in my life) it started off as me documenting my journey to recovery from my shoulder surgery but eventually it turned into a platform that I could use to encourage myself as well as others to chase our dreams.
Rome Life isn't just a saying it's a way of life and for the people who want to be apart of it have to realize that. Rome wasn't built in a day it took a lot of handwork time and most importantly patience. So you can't expect your dreams to be any different
This is a reaction video used to educated and give my feedback on the song and artist

I'd love to see you react to other singles from Tears for Fears. This was their biggest smash album: their first album hit #1 in the UK (where they're from), and this one put them at the top in the US and around the world as well. "Shout" was also from this album, as was "Head Over Heels" (I'd recommend, if you're going to do the latter, you combine it with "Broken", the song that comes right before it on the album, as that song leads into "Head Over Heels" and comes back in at the end of it as well).

I saw Tears For Fears about 4 years ago in Tulsa where I live. They opened for Hall & Oats. They actually still sound amazing. After all these years, it was very impressive to hear this song live. The lead singers voice still sounded the exact same as in the 80s when the song was a hit.

I´m 49 years old HUGE Tears for Fears fan and live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I saw them live twice, both here in Buenos Aires. The first time in a big soccer stadium in 1990 when they were in their prime, and they sounded AMAZINGLY. The second time in 2011 in a much smaller venue, a popular Arena here in Argentina. This time 80% of the crowd were in their 40s and 50s, with die hard fans like me. And they knocked it out of the park again! Such an underrated 80s band!

Def have to listen to Head over Heals and Shout as well. One of my favorite bands from the 80s 😊

Sowing the seeds of love is probably their best. Very Beatles. Great band all around.

Anybody that around in the 80's has heard of tears for fears. Huge in the 80's. Had a couple of hits and some other decent songs

I had the pleasure of seeing Tears For Fears in concert recently. Coincidentally they opened for Hall and Oates. One of the best performances I have ever seen. They played all their songs just like the record. The crowd was wild for them. I never wanted it to end.

I have seen them several times over the years. At an arena in the late 80s and at a more intimate theatre a few years ago. Fabulous show every time. These two are amazing musicians.

80's / Army / West Germany - Tears for Fears was playing in every barracks and on the economy. We would chill after work at local German bars to this song with the locals drinking Asbach and car crashes. Absolutely amazing experience. Brings back a lot of memories. Listened to this and A-Ha (Take on Me)

I saw them live in Cleveland - ‘84 I think. It might be the best overall concert experience I’ve had. Great show. UNBELIEVABLE sound charity. Music was stunning

It’s one of those songs where as soon as you hear that opening few bars, you just feel gooooooooooood.
It’s just great. It lifts you up. Always has that effect on me. If you’re feeling down, play it. It works.

I have been to a Tears for Fears concert and it was one of my faves ever! The crowd was excited, everyone was into the music, and the band interacted with the crowd and were feeding off of their participation during each song! The venue was an open air arena with a roof in Indianapolis-great place to see a concert. Saw many artists there, and each time it was fabulous. As for Tears for Fears, it remains one of my favorite concerts of all time. I still listen to their music because it is top notch lyrically and musically, and it is timeless. So glad to hear that you discovered them and like them! Listen to more of their stuff-you won’t be sorry!
Great channel-keep up the good work! God bless!
