      Thank you. Here are some corrections for you:
      Benim şimdi İzmir'de küçük bir eve ihtiyacım var.
      "Benim su içmeye ihtiyacım var. " (or "Benim suyu içmeye ihtiyacım var." if you are talking about a specific water. But this use is not common")
      Benim kötü enerjiye ihtiyacım yok.
      Thanks

      Benim şimdi dersE ihtiyacım var. (I do not know what you wanted to me. If you wanted to say "I need to study now." then you should say , "Benim şimdi çalışmaya ihtiyacım var." This will be the topic of next video.).
      Benim kitabA ihtiyacım var.
      Can you tell me what you wanted to mean in these sentences in English. Then, I can write you the correct version in Turkish.

    Speaking of hidden pronouns such as ben...
    i am going to school...(ben )okula gidiyorum.
    vs I am going to my school. (ben) gidiyorum (benim) okuluma. Is this correct? I mean can u say : Ben gidiyorum benim okuluma ?

    • @TurkishJourney
      @TurkishJourney  15 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      As a typical sentence you can just say "Okuluma gidiyorum." This already means I am going to my school.
      You can also say, Ben okuluma gidiyorum but it is not really necessary to say "Ben".
      You can also say (Ben) gidiyorum okuluma. It is all possible with some differences in the meaningand this you can see in this video :

      @@TurkishJourney I was asking about grammar technicality rather than what is usually used.. So the question again is the grammar of "Ben benim okuluma gidiyorum " or "Ben gidiyorum benim okuluma" correct ? if not , why not?... because in my view "ben" belongs to gidiyorum and "benim" belongs to okulum...

    • @TurkishJourney
      @TurkishJourney  15 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      My answer was already about technicality. The thing is in Turkish, you can move the parts of the sentences freely depenging what you want to stress. That is why I gave you the link to the relevant video where I explained it. The typical sentence that you can form (with no previous context) is this:
      Ben, benim okuluma gidiyorum.
      Ben - subject
      gidiyorum - predicate
      However, you can form this sentences all these different ways:
      Ben gidiyorum benim okuluma.
      Gidiyorum benim okuluma ben.
      Benim okuluma gidiyorum ben.
      Gidiyorum ben benim okuluma.
      Benim okuluma ben gidiyorum.
      All of them are grammatically correct.
      We even seperate the possessive construction in daily use and can say: (This will be a topic of another video.)
      Ben okuluma gidiyorum benim.
      But, other than technicality:
      "Ben benim okuluma gidiyorum." is not a sentence that you would hear from a native.
      We would just say,
      Okula gidiyorum. (That would already mean I am going to school. And since I do not mention that the school is someone else's school, it means I am going to my school.)
      Hope this helps better.
