Why do you say great deal? Compared to US/UK prices? The property needs quite a bit of work. If you add 100k for new kitchen etc then it will be 350k for an apartment with a great terrace in Puglia.

You might be able to buy someone’s garage in their back yard. Here you get to do the kitchen and bathrooms the way you want. I find Italian kitchens and especially their bathrooms are absolutely hideous 🤷♂️

But compared to local apartments I doubt if this price is a great deal. But some viewers of this channel say that Ostuni is more expensive than some other places in Puglia so the price may be ok.
